Having just bought myself this year, I think you'll do well to get a sub 50k mile car with you budget, so as has been said above don't get too hung up on mileage and look at condition. Good luck! Don't get my point wrong, I'd buy low mileage (very low by most people's standards) every time and pay a bit extra... not that it is a guarantee of longevity in itself mind you...
