JunZ
Just rang the nearest Nissan main dealer to my house to get a quotation for my 370Z 2012, they said it will be £344 including labour and parts , I told them I have the parts Oil, Oil filter, (doesn't need an air filter because it has an induction kit) Sump plug, she said it doesn't matter if you have the parts it will be £344. are they serious? the only reason why I wanted to take it to Nissan because of the stamp on the service book. I can do the service my self it takes about 15-20 mins to do the P1. anyone knows why there prices are soo high?

Richf
Personally I think you are mad doing it yourself on a 2012 car, I usually service my own cars and keep the receipts but in the case of the 370 its too new to take the hit involved with self servicing and yes there always is one. The specialist I use is happy to inspect the car and check it over and add any work he does on top of stuff he can see I have already done myself Best of both worlds then and no need to pay inflated dealer rates

gsexr
If you do your own servicing then get your own stamp. Same as being an independent as long as you know what your doing. Got mine from vista
AMT
I'll be booking my P3 in a few weeks and it'll be £199+VAT...but also considering this time doing the plugs as its now struggling in the colder winter...should be nice and expensive considering I'm sure the plugs were like £16-18 each or something? lol Still cheaper than that P1 you were quoted
