He can't help how long the suppliers take to supply the parts, for instance when I ordered the wheels for my zed (not from Adrian) they took almost a month longer than they should have done and had nothing but problems with them. Adrian is now supplying yourself with a whole new system from what I gather? Personally I wouldn't mind having to pay a nominal amount in fees when I have ended up with a whole replacement system which is what around £700-£800 normally? Am sure everything will get sorted but considering you have a whole new system without having to send the faulty part or anything id say you have done well. The company who my wheels are from promised me £300 costs to cover a full refurb from damage in transit etc I never got that from them because they couldn't care less now they have my money.....
