Ekona
Yes, but Sony units are crap, so don't buy that one Only half kidding, they're really not great musically, but will do the job so if you like the style then it'll work. Personally Id be looking at spending a bit more and going touch screen, but there is an argument that a big f*ck-off dial and proper buttons are actually easier to control when on the move... Whatever you do though it won't be plug and play, you'll end up adding an additional earth wire to the chassis regardless, and probably need an in-line booster to make the signal at the correct level. Juggalo
One thing I've had trouble with is finding a head unit that fits nicely in the recess. Aside from that, the wiring is easy with this loom https://www.dynamicsounds.co.uk/nissan-350z-coupe-roadster-murano-i-bose-steering-wheel-stalk-control-adaptor-29-674.html
BulletMagnet
If you want to keep the OEM stereo, spend less than £150, then just get a tape adaptor. Otherwise rip all the "Bose" out (cos it aint Bose) and build whatever you want, will cost more than £150 though.
