Vlad
That's what I'm getting done in about 2 weeks time. Flat bottom, alcantara top and bottom, perforated leather on sides. With red stitching. Edited September 15, 2015 by Vlad
Payco
Vlad. You will be very pleased, the car feels so much better to drive which sounds odd but you will see where I am coming from when yours is on.

Bodyboarder81
Why are you sending him anything. He can do the whole lot for you ?. Because I have lots of bits already covered in alcantara inc the centre of my steering wheel . I want the lower part of the new steering wheel to match 100% Ocd kicking in !!!! sixdegrees
I dropped him a message last night using the order form on his site, no reply as yet though it's not exactly been that long and I imagine he's a pretty busy guy. Quite excited... I'd actually been photoshopping "concepts" for a few months and could never quite get things just how I wanted until seeing this thread
Vlad
Yea, looks like he is quite busy...took 3 days to get back to me, but reply was in full detail and all information was provided.
Mikevv
After seeing Jack at Royal Steering Wheels great work on other members cars on the forum I contacted Jack and briefed him on what I wanted. On Saturday I set off to Aylesbury to have Jack fit my new re profiled oem steering wheel. What a truly nice guy and what a great piece of work. It's so much better than the stock one and looks superb. I can highly recommend him. Can I ask how much you had it reprofiled by? I'm not sure how much fatter to make mine I'm stuck between 2mm and 3mm, I'm not sure if 2mm is enough Basically want a copy of yours but with red Now do I want a flat bottom or not.... or flat top AND bottom.... ARGH DECISIONS!!! Edited October 1, 2015 by Mikevv
Tinyflier
Jack added 4mm to my wheel. For about 30 seconds I thought it was too thick but once it was fitted it feels absolutely perfect. There is a pic on post #40 on my build thread. David
