The rear is a soft thin rubber layer, the top is like a tight weave carpet with added ribs for her pleasure. Maybe someone might be able to enlighten me, genuine Nissan part though, it has a label. Like you say it's genuine and a well made bit of kit with a nice metal Z badge on it. Well worth the asking price I'd say.
