Follow and watch me progress https://instagram.com/p/BJqL8zjjEvU/ I love the way you have a quick look around first to make sure noone is watching! Am I the only one that's noticed the start of a bald patch appearing? only joking S7nny....I'm sure it's just the camera angle or something
Kraziekatz1
Very fashionable, s7nny. In what sense?! It's the in thing now to be able to do that isn't it. Like parkour used to be. See a lot if this "gym vs street" workout stuff lately. Using playground equipment etc. There is a russian guy I used to follow on Youtube who made some videos of his body progression, ...he did loads of body weight exercises using playground equipment etc. Such a strong guy I couldn't believe some of the things he was able to do. Basically stuff like these guys... I love this sort of stuff.....so wish I could do it myself! My local gymnastics club has a free running specialist guy, Lequan. He's in this video on the FB link, totally awesome guy. They ran a summer camp for kids. The free running day was by far the most popular. I think it's a great way to encourage people to get fit and enjoy exercise.
Ponsonby
Dear Uncle TT350, I have been using my Bullworker for 10 minutes every day (as recommended) for the last 30 years but still do not have a body like Charles Atlas promised. Please advise me what I am doing wrong. I have just been on holiday and am getting tired of having sand kicked in my face. My press ups are coming on though - I can go down now, just need to work on the up. P

-Bradders-
i've started a new intense training for the next 2 months, no supersets, no inbetween press ups etc.. no light weights. Yesterday done bench press started on 100kg 4 reps, then 110 4 reps then 120 2 reps then 130 2 reps then 150 1 rep, then 160 1 rep!! killed me (obviously with a spotter but minimal help as possible. then on to incline dumbells, just 5 sets of 4 reps at 50kg (highest my gym has) Then decline 120kg, 5 sets of 2 reps! Boringggg no pump, no burn, no fun. for 2 months. but apparently its strength building??

Ollydykins
Yeah, I mean I've never tried big numbers if I'm honest, but I suppose thats the difference between body-building and power-lifting, building muscle versus just getting the weight up Olly

TT350
How's everyone doing? I haven't been to the gym in ages and my appetite has been non existent. I'm very much visibly a smaller frame now. 14st down from 19. 40" waist to 34" All my clothes are very baggy on me and my belt wont tighten any more than it already is. On the plus side im only 8 weeks away from having visible abs. I think I'll take the opportunity to add as much lean muscle as i can while also losing fat. Nice clean diet. valy
still going strong , 4 to 5 sessions every week plus an hour of football as cardio boost you have to get back at it,definitely helps reducing stress Edited November 15, 2016 by valy
BobbyZ
I'm not what you'd ever call a bodybuilder, but I like my training... I try to maintain a good balance between resistance and cardio training although I'm some way off my best in both, but working my way back to my previous Herculean powers Although I don't look for strength gains as a proper lifter does, my strength has been going up which is nice to see. My body weight has gone from ~68 - ~72 kg with a gain in both cardio and strength. Is your weight loss intentional or just 'cause? I ask because I know you've been having a tough time recently, and maybe a change in training focus would be good for you. I think people change and life is about balance (that I regularly fail at), and maybe focusing on something else fitness-wise might help... just a thought EDIT: Re my weight, bear in mind I'm a right skinny barstard naturally EDIT 2: My questions were aimed at TT.
