Sarnie
Hate to say i told you so but.......................... Hatton was clearly outskilled, out fought and out boxed. Anyone who backed Hatton was either patriotically misguided or had never seen Mayweather fight. Just look at each fighters last 10-15 fights to see the calibre of fighters they have been in with. Hatton's only tactic was to try to walk through Mayweathers punches to get in close. Big mistake. For once i agree with you Sarnie NO WAY!!!!!!!!!!! neo
just watched it, gotta say it wasn't the greatest of fights, seen way better over the years from these and other boxers but yes the punch was a good'un fair play to mayweather. mayweather's tactic's seemed to be bend down touch ya toe's or lead with his should and then turn his back so hatton hit his neck or back. ah well at least khan did the business

Hope he doesn't spend 10 years fighting nobodies like prince naseem only to eventually go to america to get his arsed kicked
Zedrush
I have a funny feeling that he will have the edge too, now put him in the cage with a MMA fight and it would be a different story, first round he'd lose I'm sure that would depend entirely on which rules applied. Fighting under MMA rules, FM Jnr (or any other boxer for that matter) would most likely loose. FM Jnr would surely win under Marquess of Queensbury! I don't think you have made a fair comparison there, it's like saying Lewis Hamilton wouldn't succeed in WRC. ! erm hence the reason why I said put him in an mma fight and he would lose, because it would be erm..mma rules????? Because its not just hands its kicks and grappling as well. Comparison?? Yes just hands he would win, involve more than just hands and he wouldnt, thats all Im saying, it still comes under the boundaries for fighting, just like cage fighters probably wouldnt last in just boxing Wasnt out to be politically incorrect
