Willjshore
Hi all, Sorry to come straight in with a problem :/ I've got a 2004 350Z, modified... Custom exhaust system with sports cats, plenum spacer and up rev remap. The problem: Firstly it appears to happen when the car has been run hard, not for long... Today only a couple of minutes... The cars power cuts out. Like if turned the ignition off, this happened while going round s round about at low revs. I pulled over and started the car up again.. It was going along between 2k and 3.5k and the car was spluttering, the revs dropped then came back up again. I pulled over again... When idoling the car is spluttering almost to the point it stalls. I had an engine management light for oxygen sensor 2 the other day.. I cleared it thinking it was the exhaust... I've read the abbey motorsport remap bypass these sensors.. I'm at a total loss to what the problem is. Any help is greatly appreciated so I can work on a fix.

Willjshore
Thanks folks. I'll update the post when I've identified the root cause. 😊
Willjshore
The issue seems to have resolved itself. However it was s hot day so it leads me to believe it's when the car is overheating. So still no root cause.
