sorry jonb, but i prefer the original over the crop. the car is definitely the subject matter, there is no doubting that, but cutting the background matter in this case the windmills in half makes the windmill stand out more as you look at them and go "what the hell is that big white stick" since you can't see the spinning bit. The original composition was fine and interesting, it did run close enough to the rule of 3rds, and the horizon rule. pfft thats meant to be broken! heres my quick edit to make it stronger. i'll be first to admit i went a bit ott on the sky.

As above, my workhorse got cleaned and a bit of work on it at the weekend. Anyone who saw the polo could see how manky it was and how many rust patches were there. It has not been cleaned since november/december time, when i got it. and i'v put a couple of thousand miles on it in all weather. I felt now that she is starting to run nicely and not be too much of a b*tch, i would give her some tlc to see if she cheers up even more. well here are the before pictures!!! look at that difference and just to prove it is my car and not a random off the street now the bits when i painted it (the painting is crap as it was my first respray time lol) this one looks fine, and then i gave it a nice clean polish then wax. big difference?? yeah, i think it outshined jay's zed at knockhill!! hope you liked it and i didn't waste your time! well i signed up here on the 14th of may, then within a few days i did jays first shoot. and that was my first car photo, so the rest has all been done within that time
