  1. Just be careful with what grade you get.I would suggest I fine clay, too coarse and you will put marring in the laquer.
  2. Dont know about shows,i only go on the wales run. I do it just to make it look clean and show to anyone who will look.
  3. I know what you mean mate. Its like i find fitting bits a big turn off,but i can spend hours detailing.
  4. Following on with my efforts last week,i gave the plenum the same treatment. It has not been touched since Wales in May. Before. After. Thats me done under there now, unless some one thinks of other shiny bits.

  9. What about Virgin, they use fibre optic and are supposed to be the fastest. But it depends if they do it in your area,I can't get it.
  10. Looks very James. Are you going to have a clear coat put on top of it?
  11. Thanks Mike Did you manage to get your wax on? Thanks Scott Will look better once i get the battery/fluid surrounds.
  12. As the weather wasn't playing ball today decided to give the engine bay a spruce up. Weapons of choice. Blackfire Fine Metal Polish. Meguiars G220 Polisher. Decided to give what i thought was a polished strut brace the once over.Got it into the garage under the light only to see swirl city. Test bit,can see the improvement where i ran some tape across to show. Third of the way across and you can see the difference. Job done, still not perfect but a big improvement. As i was in the mood decided to give the catch can a going over.Again once removed and into the garage the lights show the shocking finish of such an expensive bit of kit. Again not 100% but a lot better. Back on the car. Next job to attack the plenum.
  13. Hi Scott, Put me down for the replacement battery/fluid surrounds in carbon.I would like him to leave the nut on the inner wing visible so i dont have to cut it out round my bonnet lifters.See pic. Let me know if you need a deposit. Wayne
  14. What about the plastic trim around the battery/fluid holes, also when you say battery/fluid covers are they replacement or the stick on ones that are commonly available.
  15. If you can get the lower centre console done, the bit with the handbrake in I would be interested.
