Its not called Diamondbrite is it or something similar? If your getting it foc then fine but i would not pay for it,better of spending your money on a pro detailer as dealer prep is usually rubbish.

No worries James,I have had car 2 years and it's been done twice.Once when I got it and just before Wales this year to get rid of the mess the mechanics made of the front wings. But like you said it still takes a lot of effort to keep it that way.

I know they have a database with warranty issues.Say if I went in with a problem they could search for it on there and see how they fixed it. Don't know if it contains reg numbers though.

Now that's dedication,thought I was a keen detailer but even that's more than I would do. Very worthy effort for winner.

As you have 2 cans then i would leave it or as sunset suggested get it carbon wrapped.If you had the single polished can then it would look good cut out.

Nice turn around Ho,car looked almost grey at first.Just wait till you get to grips with machine polishing the results will be fantastic. As for tyre dressing try Blackfire long lasting gel,it's expensive but it does not sling up the side of the car.

Treated myself to some new detailing gear which arrived yesterday,thanks to Dom at the Dodo Factory. Got myself the 2 bucket kit with grit gaurds and the supernatural wash mitt. This thing is huge dont know wether to feed it or wash the car with it.Taken picture next to phone to give you some idea of how big it is. Cant wait to try it.

How can he say a sealant dulls the wax.I find Z8 gives it that bit more and leaves the paint feeling silky smooth. Possibly a cream sealant may do but i dont think a spray does. -
I have had first hand experience with them,beware. I am in the process of renewing mine at the moment,i was put through to some sort of insurance agency and Adrian Flux was one that came up that could insure me,refused to be put through to them.

I rang them the other day,told me to get some qoutes together and they would beat my lowest. Got a qoute of £680 from Aplan,phoned Chris Knott again and low and behold they knocked £50 off the premium and £50 off excess.Seeing as i only have 2 years no claims due to being on the other halfs insurance i dont think is too bad,oh and all mods declared.
