    Most people only change the air intake for 2 reasons,better sound or if they are dressing their engine bay to get rid of the crappy black plastic. The ARC box does both of these and now sounds better since the re-map.

    It's dual action so you will be fine,it's the rotary's you have to be careful with.Just start of with a finishing pad and polish,then step up until you get the correction you want.

    Mine dyno'd yesterday at 280 bhp with ARC airbox,MREV2 lower plenum and 5Zigen exhaust.Paul managed to get it back to 296 and I'm really impressed with the way it goes now.

    Thats a really good price. I paid £350 for a full Swissvax detail,roughly the same time scale.

    Just got back from RS Tuning after having a re-map.Car was only making 280.5 bhp before the re-map,its now making 296.2.Those are the figures but the real difference is on the road,car feels much more alive now,the throttle response is much more snappier.Feels like a totally different car,really happy with it. Just wish i had done it sooner.

    They look dated now.I managed to own a 4x4 sapphire cossie then a couple of years later the Escort cossie.So managed to live part of the dream.
