Well my rears are going to be gone pretty soon.....cant afford to get new all round...would it be advisable just to put a set on the rear and leave the fronts as they have plenty of tread left?

Hmmmmm just phoned my local nissan dealer and they recommended a full p3 service..... which they quoted at £320 My car has covered 12,500 miles in its 4 years. But he said it was up to me as to which service i go for.....he then said a p1 would cost me £220 which is basically the same one i got quoted for this morning from a local garage in redditch. Any thoughts as to what i should do?? As the guy mentioned for an 05 car the mileage is very low and suggested that the spark plugs would need doing..... Any one with similar experience been down this route?

Ahhhh righty i see.... He also noticed that my bridgestones are rotting on the insides...... They have been on there 4 years now though :lol: but only done 12500 miles.

So i was at a tyre place today and the main man there was telling me that the stock bridgstones on my car are better than falkens and toyo's. He reckons that the falcons and toyo's are a budget tyre and i would be better off sticking with branded bridgestones...... Is this guy pulling my plonker or does he no idea about what the zed requires

You sure you want a 350z?? theres alot of things your are not bothered about I would look at imported ones instead of getting one imported. Also in your price bracket there are some bargins to be had on UK cars.

I just took my car to a place in redditch which do tyres/mot's/servicing. I had my wheels balanced (they were totally off and he was shocked how bad they were ) I asked him to price up a p1 service and he has quoted me £90. This sounds good to me!!! so i am booked in for next week. I may have a found a nice little garage which my zed can visit regularly and the guys there are pretty sound . Also he said a full p3 service will cost me £180.00!!!! Back of the net

You too mate. I just got back after miles upon miles of 50mph average speed limit motorway driving and the Zed isn't azure any more. There's soo much salt on it Oh well, good day all in all apart from the wait time on some potato wedges . Nice to see some 300zx's as well. 530BHP!! Yeah mine is totally covered in salt too!!! Had a good meet. Nice little convoy there and back Some good Z's and nice people Dont think nobody got any pics though...... Those wedges sucked too!!! Crazy freaking weather though from rain to sun to hale!!

This seems like this could be a very big step for you to take especially with your very little experience in the area. First step would to draw up a plan with everything you want to achieve then set out on getting the bits.
