  1. When I started this I hoped to make Japfest 1 this year - after the engine fail and deciding to fit the body kit and re-spray now instead of this winter all combined with the amazing summer we have had, funding and sourcing parts..... I have no fixed date but would like to get it out on track at least once this year If you do go up to the Combe then I will deffo be there to watch this green monster go around the track
  2. Got my Galaxy S3 on contract for free, really happy with the deal at phones 4U. A set of beats head phones for £15, rrp £50 sound amazing and a Samsung flip case rrp £30, had it for £10 Copied all contacts onto it without any problems, very happy chap
  3. +1. Nice and easy. I setup a gmail account and imported all my emails & contacts from hotmail, yahoo, outlook, everything really! Then once you turn on your new android phone, you key in your gmail email address & password and the phone sets itself up - all your contacts, emails etc will just appear! Then, if you get a new android phone in the future, you just do the same again. Any apps or books etc.. are all linked to your gmail and will just appear. Nice & easy! I am changing my phone Monday. I have Gmail, how do I transfer contacts from my phone to computer or gmail account, I cannot do this When you say copy contacts from phone or is it from the sim card and do you do this using the phone or your PC? I really am struggling with this. Help needed please Google it! thanks for your help It's all there I promise, question has been asked a million times before! Also state the phone you are wanting to back up to google mail. If its an htc then I remember you back upto your sd card first then send to your gmail account. I assume you do have one? And if you do and it's linked to your current phone they should automatically back up anyway Yes just backed up from my htc desire to my pc and when I get my new S3 in the morning, hoping it will just copy across. Just taken a little more time than I had tonight Cheers Dave

  7. mate, you also have the fastest colour
  8. The GTC is a 2 door version same as what Stew said, but you can pick any engine/spec but only now have they released the VXR which is just going on sale now in the UK I believe. It will be the most powerfull Astra every produce. 280bhp, 400NM, 0-60 in 5.8 secs, this really does go. It was nice to get into a newer car with all the toys inside, all modern and great performance to match. Not as good as the zed looks wise but still looks great in the flesh.
  9. I was out and about in the zed today around the mendips enjoying the roads when I passed this astra what I thought was a VXR GTC, so I turned around and it was but a German version. The driver and family was really friendly and was keen to show me around his car. He was wearing a nurburgring T-shirt and he told me he worked for Opel on the design or testing of this car. He had a quick look at the zed and loved it and then offered me to drive his car which I said yes, then relising it was left hand drive he kept telling me to put my foot down and yes it really did go, handling felt fantastic but sitting on the wrong side of the car in the UK I could not let it go, needed more time. I do like the new VXR and would be one of cars on my list if and when I sell the zed.
  10. Where the hell is that sand coming from? I have never seen so much sand on the cars from one night of rain

I had a similar experience when my scorpion also turned up not as bad as yours but out of shape when in transit. I was offered a good partial refund so I excepted and those tips are so soft they were really easy to reshape without marking the surface
  13. I have a desire and have had problems with the reception but overall I do like the phone itself. My contract is up next week and I wanted a HTC one X but after some serious looking into I have opted for a Glaxay 3. My reason is because I can add more memory, has a slightly bigger screen(tiny amount), a better screen/display if you put them side by side, you can change the battery on a Samsung ie carry a spare and finally it looks better than a HTC. I never thought I would go for a Samsung but they have my business this time, should have the phone in a week or two the deciding factor for me was the HTC was free to upgrade and the samsung was £90, both on same contract, so i went for the HTC. You are spot on. I am with o2 and will being paying to get the Samsung.
  14. That shot was taken on Tays phone, hopefully he will post it later
