The NEW group buy list: 1. bigphil 2. martinmac Hi, my name is Nic Cruz. If any of you guys have been to our website, you'll see in the contact info that I'm the one who's doing the labor and coming up with new and creative mods for just about any cars lights I can get a hold of. 350's are the most common right now, but that's only because when I started doing this, that's the car i owned. Now I get so much work from them, It's hard to break away and do other types of lights! Anyway, when CiNcity first came to these boards, I wasn't able to be a part of this. I was just so busy that I had Tim, my web/graphic designer and all around support guy, create these threads and just get back to me on what to expect. After speaking with him about what we could possibly do for you guys, we just ran out of options. The shipping and time it would take to fix you guys up just doesn't make sense as the cost is just too high. Then it hit me, rather than make you guys send and ship everything to me... I'll come to you! A 350 member from a US based forum had given me the idea after asking if i'd be willing to fly down and fix up his car club buddies so they could get their lights done before an important show they had. Sooo... Why couldn't I do that for you folks as well? It'd be MUCH MUCH cheaper and a hell of a lot faster. So, with that, if anyone has any suggestions on how to go about doing this, i'd love to hear it. My initial thought is that we'd do a group buy and have people send their lights to a central location (not sure what the location and driving/shipping situation is like for you boys) where i'd set up shop for a week or two and just turn out lights. It'd be easier for me if one of you guys would have a spare bedroom or a hook up on a hotel with access to a shop or something like that? I'll need a clean area to paint and an large enough oven to stick a single light in at a time. The amount of people in the group buy needed to make this happen will depend on the mods to be done. I think even just a hand full of you guys would make things cheaper than what it would take to cover shipping and fees wouldn't it?? I would think at least 5 or 6 people would be sufficient, but that'd be based on mods needed to be done. If we can get this worked out, we should all save some money and the biggest thing, save TIME! I'm ready to go do this when you guys are and like I said above, this doesn't have to be about Nissan 350 headlights. I can do most anything to any light, I just don't get afforded the time with all the orders I have here. Obviously some things can't be done to certain lights, but working with LEDs or CCFLs is what I do best and can turn anything into a work of art if given the proper time to do so. Also, with the creation of my newest Audi R8 LED mod, maybe some of you guys would like to be the first to sport this in your neck of the woods!! My contact info is located on my website. This was my last prototype of the Audi R8 mod before I put it into production. You should see some on car pics come up soon! I know most of these images are of 06+ lights, but that's what mostly gets sent to me. Everyone here KILLS for these lights and can't stand the 03-05 versions. Now, that doesn't mean I can't work with them, it's just as common. I'm working on ideas for the 03-05 guys all the time and will have those posted when available or if someone has an idea they want expressed. As talked about before, some of these mods CAN NOT work on the 03-05 and some 03-05's CAN NOT work on the 06+. I'm more than happy to explain what will work with you and help express your vision in the positive and stunning way I can!!!

Are you saying you give us your 03 lights and in exchange we give you 06+ lights? yes, thats what I mean assuming it will cost an extra $100 to do so due to the trade in 03 vs 06 lights is hard to do cause of the retail on the 06 lights here in the US is $1400 and you can never find them used in decent condition.

For us to clear strip with LED's under them it will be $310 if you want them painted black which I can't tell if them ones in the picture are it's a additional $225

It actually cost more to get new sets then use your own to mod.

Yes that is why we are asking either you buy UK lights and ship them to us or ship us the lights you use. And some are for off road or parking use but there is a switch you can install to turn off the blue or red or whatever color you choose.

+1 - I think thats the most I could do to mine without spending too much. I fear that most of the cost is going to be postage though Would it be much cheaper if we could get a few all at once and send out lights back in one consignment? Thats why we are offering a group buy!

Turn around time all depends on how many orders we have right now we are on the 2-3 week wait. since we have over 60 orders

He wants to know if you can exchange 03 lights for new 06+ lights at the same cost as if you have exchanged 06+ lights for 06+ lights The most we can give for 03-05 lights is $200 cause they do not sell well everyone is upgrading to the 06+ lights.

Dont blame ya for trying. If they do it for the same price then I might just be interested Do what for the same price?

You can add 06+ in your 03's and etc but if your not HID then you will need a kit for them. if you already have HID then it's not a problem plug and play

These are US lights. I don't see why they would be any different from UK lights. Also looking for someone in the UK to donate their lights for us to work on to see if there is any difference between the UK lights and US lights.
