  1. Dark Knight is an amazing film with a number of really top notch performances from Aaron Eckhart, Heath Ledger, Gary Oldman, Christian Bale and Michael Caine. Up there with my fave movies in a single bound!!
  2. Great stuff thanks Neo Richard
  3. Looks nice bro! Quick question do you get many stations with that aerial? I really like it lol Jay. Had no problem with picking up any stations down here. Even get my local FM station which is a pretty weak transmitter. The Japanese writing on it is a bit cheesy but I must admit to really liking it overall.
  4. For some reason only included 3 of the photos I linked!
  5. Hi All, Having now added the new wheels (only lost the judder after supply of Eibach spacers from Big Phil), the Chrome Billet grill, Kenwood Head Unit, Rear cam, Focal speakers..... Not to mention my luggage net, K&N air filter and tacky (but I like it!!!) samurai aerial. I thought it was time to put up some pics. Very many thanks to all on here for the ready and sound advice. Next is the clear reflectors (already bought), and a brake system upgrade.
  6. Hiya, these still available? If so, how would you want to be paid? Could do by PayPal for speed sake or however else you want. Richard

  12. You not heard, we're in a recession. Gazumping is back........... lol
  13. Oh and I was going to bid £50 for them and then borrow some of the Mrs fake eyelashes!!
  14. Why oh why did that sound clip have to go up.........? Happily thinking any modding had finished for a while and I could exit my monks existence and now.......... I'm in love
  15. Hi and welcome. As a newbie myself I can vouch for how good the info from this forum is and help is always offered willingly. I am down in Southampton with my gm zed so not far from you. Btw, Lexx isn't alone, I wasn't going to mod mine either........... lasted a week!!
  16. Hi Beavis Possibly, but they aren't showing in the sent box. Just sitting in the Outbox.
  17. Hi Mods, Having a problem where any sent PM's are now just sitting in the outbox and not getting sent. Was ok before, any ideas. Richard
  18. Hi All, In my continuing quest to spend all my money on bits for the Zed, I have just completed fitting a new head unit (Kenwood DNX 5220BT) front door speakers and tweeters (Focal) and rear parking cam (Alpine), also Dynamat to the doors and an Ipod lead. Love all the individual bits but............... Couple of issues:- 1. Currently running the front speakers direct from the head unit as I had to bypass the Bose amp to get it to work. Any ideas why? 2. Thinking of adding a 2 channel amp to replace the existing and disconnecting the rear speakers. I think the sound may end up being better that way. Any thoughts and recommendations on amps appreciated. Richard
  19. Well if Richie P can have dodgy puns..............!! Here's the dilemma. I own an 03 GM, Alezan Z. It has covered around 45k miles. I've recently got the mod bug (thanks all!) and have bought new wheels, chrome billet etc. But nothing that couldn't be removed quickly and easily. I am now thinking of adding a new ICE system (prob a Kenwood double din). But starting to think should I trade my 03 in and get a newer model before I go too far with any mods? I love the Zed and would only be buying another one. Don't think my mileage is huge and car is currently having some tlc to remove any stone chips, small dinks etc. Are the 06+ versions that much better? I understand the interior has upgraded materials, that true? Seen some lovely examples for sale on the forum, over to you guys n gals, what would you do? Richard
  20. Once again thanks all. Now know I have hubcentric spacers which is a result! So sticking with the idea that it is a spigot ring issue. Guess what I'm going to be doing this weekend?!! Found another owner with the same wheels on "Cruize 126" so don't think it's an issue with the wheels. God I hope fitting my newly ordered chrome billet grill won't cause me so much hassle!! In answer to some of the queries. No, the balancing was done in 2 different places. Richard!
  21. All Thanks for the thoughts. I am thinking spigot rings. Can anyone give me an idiots guide to the difference between hub centric and other spacers? Thanks again

    Wheel Judder

Hi Again! After fitting the new wheels and tyres (plus spacers), I am back on the road but with a problem. I am getting a fair amount of judder through the steering wheel and through the seat under my a**e! I've had the wheels balanced (twice!), laser tracking etc. and all seemed fine. Problem only arose after fitting the new wheels so can't see it is related to anything else. Only seem to notice the problem at around 80/90 mph and worse when slowing down. Anyone got any ideas? They are clear of the brake calipers. Richard
  23. Hi Really interested in the grill as my next mod following on from some new wheels. Complete newbie at all this so can you tell me if it comes with any fitting instructions? Or is it that simple?! Richard
