well this is where it gets intetesting.. Apparently if all goes to plan its a 20min job.. if the fob is bad (As they seem to think they can only be programmed once then are no good) then trying to attach it to the car will kill the car for 2-3 hours until it resets and they can reattach the original fob to it. if that made sense Going to do mine in 2 weeks time during half term as the missus can give me a lift to work if the later happens

Seems about right to me.. but then I did pay £8000 for my 54plate UK GT sunburst with 40k on the clock back in Feb (I did have to spend £700 on it tho fixing a few bits) but well chuffed with it.. bargain

Just for reference. Purchased a uncut key + fob off ebay for £20 + £2 postage in the end. Very quick turnaround. The auction says buy it now £27 but i put in a best offer of £20 and got it Off to pay nissan £45 to cut and code He has a few for sale if anyone needs one. Item number: 190394116920

Aye I got my renewal through from elephant at £850ish.. phoned admiral who quoted me £630 so I phoned elephant back who pulled up the admiral quote using the reference they gave me and renewed me at the £630 price, £220 saved just for making a phone call otherwise the buggers would have charged me the full £850 :/ For reference Im 26 with 8 years NCB and no accidents which I guess helps

Just phoned nissan and they want about £130 for the key and £45 for the cutting and coding (+vat) seems a bit steep, is it possible to get the uncut keys elsewhere cheaper ?

Noticing a few chips on the zed in places (mainly small stone chips).. wondering if there is such a thing as a touch up kit i can get (its a sunset) and how succesful and easy to use they are ? Anyone have any experience ?

I have the same problem myself.. 3 cats in the street (At least) and there's one on my bonnet most evenings. I find a mug of water thrown in their direction (obviously not the mug itself though lol) gets rid of them.. Im hoping they will learn over time. Wondering if its possible to hook my bonnet up to the battery lol If I find out who cats they are I may go sit my dog on their car bonnet

sorry i probably explained my situation all wrong.. currently i have 4 locking wheel nuts on the wheels already, i need to get hold of a bit for getting them off !

I can get the bit to undo the nuts i already have on there ?

Quick question.. I have a totally OEM 350z but am missing the locking wheel nut for the Rays, are these a standard fit and if so where can I get one ? Cheers

See the sig. £795 but I have seen them cheaper by almost £100 about 3 days after I bought them. They are ET12 and there are some minor rubbing issues. You might want a less agressive offset and use spacers. Sorry excuse my ignorance, but what causes the rubbing? What do you think would be the perfect setup for these to go on a totally stock zed? I keep looking at your pics and trying to decide whether to take the plunge lol looks awesome with the GM on orange

mind if I ask how much those alloys cost? and are they the gunmetal colour? Just got a sunset myself and think they look awesome mate!
