No, you can get them jailbroken which allows you to use them on all networks (easy enough to do it yourself) but you have to be careful that you dont end up with a massive data bill! djtimo, what sort of price are you looking for this to get to?

I think the tiptronic in the Zed is brilliant. Especially when using it as an every day car, far better than a manual in traffic etc. The only time I wish it was manual is when i'm giving it large on country lanes, is nice to tap the clutch and drop a gear! Also I was at the wales Zed run this year and IMHO my tiptronic was no slower than the manuals! But true, with the torque converter it will never feel as engaged as a manual!

Just wondered if there is anything you can do to make the tiptronic box shift faster? Its not really a big deal as its not a slouch, just wondered! Does anyone know if its a mechanical or electrical thing? (and please no "get a manual" posts.. cant afford to change my car and I love the tiptronic most times)

Well that was my plan.. do up my renault 5 with a K-tec racing bodykits etc and drive it for a few years.. but when i actually finished my 5, i realised that it wasnt quite as cool as i had thought it wase 2 years earlier I've had a job since i was 15, then when i was 18 working at a local pub, my MD offered me a job and im still there now. I was the 7th employee and now there are nearly 100 so I get well looked after

Only problem I see with this is.. the seller says "I have been told" that it is in working order. Its a lot of money (doubt it will stay at £50) to take that gamble with. Can anyone confirm that all the bits are there?
