  1. I was looking into this the other day as my local Shell Station sells it. I was taking to a mate of mine on Tuesday who has entered Time Attack this year and he has converted his track car onto E85 and he was able to put 12 Degrees back onto his ignition at the remap and the difference in power was staggering. Can't remember what ratio of mix he was using but he now uses twice as much fuel as before. Not expensive either at the moment due to the the government subsidies, but that wont last. Watch this space
  2. Just striving to help keep the Z community cars on the road, without bursting the bank. Remember peeps: Kits to fix the Rear Axle Clicking issue will be available as from Friday.
  3. No such codes as far as I am aware. POO44 is O2 sensor if that helps
  4. Chris, head gaskets are not prone to failure on the VQ35DE or HR even at higher than normal temps. Perhaps you are correct regarding the LPG potential pitfalls. Might also be a good idea to run this past Greenfuel to establish if they have had any issues but I doubt if there are many converted 350Z around. Alex.
  5. I can most definately help you out with this but there are so many possibilities that may be best to wait and see what the "garage" has to say about it first. Unfortunately finding a "garage" that has extensive informed knowlege of the 350Z will be your biggest challenge. This will not be a job for an ordinary run of the mill mechanic. I have all the parts available to solve your issues including any thing from a head gasket to a cyl. head but hopefully it will not come to that. Is it a U.K or JDM ? What year ? What mileage ? Keep me posted with the diagnoses and I would be happy to talk it through with your technician if required. Good luck. Alex.
  6. Hi Chris, I do not really get involved with the supply of tyres as it is extremely cut throat. Odd sizes you looking for there mate but £450 is a good price. Cheers, Alex.
  7. If T1Rs are your preferred make then maybe I can help with this but unfortunately I can not help with TR1S Any other manufacturers that you would consider.? Let me know and I will have a look in the tyre compound tomoz. Cheers, Alex.
  8. All the info in this link. viewtopic.php?f=10&t=21691 Alex.
  9. Got good news on this so I will start a separate thread on this soon. Alex.
  10. Looks like it could be a win win situation.

  12. Alex - the JDM ones I guess use the same housing as US (unfinned?) good to know Yes mate no fins...spot on....
  13. That one will be 276 I think.
  14. No I am not a Garage owner so no Web site. As regards the 350Z specialist bit, I think that I will leave others to answer that one
  15. Sold my last Exedy today mate but more due in this week so I will keep one for you. Flys are about 2 weeks away. You are quite right as I was knocking them out originally at £275 but I later discovered that I was loosing money
  16. Its not the end of the world then is it. A lot cheaper than I thought. Which garage do you quote the prices from? Also how can you tell which bhp model the car is as there a 3 different bhp models? Cheers. These are the prices that I charge. Some one will be along shortly with the definative answer to your other Question
  17. My mistake No mistake with your numbers mate, just that mine are slightly more expensive
  18. Exedy Clutch Kit £285.00 Fidanza Flywheel £290.00 Clutch and Fly Replacment (labour) £200.00 Gearbox Overhaul £1450.00 Syncro Hubs, Bearings, Gaskets, Seals. Oil. (inc labour) Alex.
  19. Okay got a passenger side Xenon or a pair of Facelift Bi-Xenons. Pm me if I can help further. Alex.
  20. +1 If I didn't know Alex was far more clued up than me, I'd say he'd lost his marbles.
  21. I can help you with this. U.K or JDM ? Xenon or Bi-Xenon ? Alex.
  22. Yes, there has been issues with the gearbox syncros and clutch replacements. Usually the syncro fault would be noticed within the 3 year warranty period and sorted accordingly. Clutch issues are down to wear and tear and as such are chargable. Alex.
  23. As been said lots of cheap replicas available so be careful. I fitted one (replica) to a mates Z last week and as Adam said I had to modify the diff housing. No mod required to the diff housing on the JDM. Alex.
  24. I will check this out and post up tomorrow
  25. The plastic hinge is very flexable but do not blame me if you snap it off There are a couple of screws that you will see with the flap open, try slackening them off and adjusting as required, but usually a good twist will realign it. Be Brave........ Alex.
