  1. And B4 you ask: https://letmegooglethat.com/?q=how+to+replace+kidney+brackets+on+350Z
  2. WD 40 or similar will work Neil. Those nipples are quite resilient and should not snap off.
  3. To remove the rear corroded panel cleanly and to fit a rust free front brace, In my shop I would charge a total of £150.00 inclusive. Best to get a garage to remove the panel who is not carrying out the MOT test.
  4. You will not have to go through this every year. Simply replace the front x/member with a rust free second hand one (which I have in stock) and dispose of the rear panel. Job done, simple.
  5. Why all the drama? As I have said, the front subframe is an easy and cheap fix. The rear is even cheaper, and as it is not structural, just remove that corroded panel as it is not required, it will fall apart without having to dismantle any other parts. job done, now go and enjoy your car.
  6. Extensions are also available from Halfords or other on line suppliers. (edit) Amazon do next day delivery. if this is time sensitive.
  7. Halfords carry a wide range of tools, and the advanced range come with a life time warranty or plenty other suppliers online.
  8. What Keith has said, after 10 years, time for a replacement with a quality brand of belt. The belt is not stretched, however, there may be wear and tear cracks on the inside face. Replace as a process of precautionary maintenance. Gates and OEM belts are in stock and good to go same /next day
  9. Big job with little or no gains, in fact, most peeps who do this, regret it due to the harshness.
  10. Depending on what type of caliper you have, these work well:
  11. Sent yesterday at 09:16 and is in your PM inbox, showing as unread. I will resend it right now:

  13. Great choice Lee. Enjoy, and welcome to the forum.
  14. I have harnesses that have just come off a 29,000 mile 350Z. I will send you over a PM Alex.
  15. I have no experience of the aluminum covers. There is no requirement to swop out the cam sensors when replacing the covers.
  16. The 350 diff scoop will not fit a 370 I am afraid. To be perfectly honest I have run the track 350s with and without the plastic air scoop and have seen no change in temperatures. Might be a plan to fit an oil cooler.
  17. Terry, I have these in stock, however they are preowned but fully working.
  18. Plenty in stock for DE and HR. https://www.350z-uk.com/topic/123191-for-sale-new-rockercam-cover-assemblies-vq35de/ https://www.350z-uk.com/topic/123327-for-sale-new-rockercam-cover-assemblies-350z-hr/
  19. Plenty in stock but not cost effective to ship. Got to be plenty of these closer to home.
  20. Simple enough job. http://www.jimwolftechnology.com/wolfpdf/VQ_SPRING_REMOVER_INST.pdf
  21. Price will depend on condition.
  22. Best to get clarity from the garage. The headlight levelling system on the rear of the car is a common failure and is visible when carrying out the MOT I have never come across a failed "motor" inside a Xenon headlight, and anyway, how would the garage know if the motor in the headlamp was faulty?
