  1. I would haggle on price. Try them at £6500 and you keep the car which gives you a bit of wiggle room to perhaps settling on £6000 and you keep the car. That is if you really want the car and there are no other faults like airbag deployment etc. Simple enough repair to the quarter panel and stick on a second hand door, job done. Expect the repair and paint to cost circa £2000.00 including vat and paint and all materials. Cat N is a classification used by UK insurance companies to describe a car that has been written off due to non-structural damage: Selling It's legal to buy or sell a Cat N car, but the status must be clearly stated. History check The Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) must be informed that a car is a Cat N write-off, but this information isn't in the car's logbook. A history check can confirm if a car is listed as Cat N. Replacement of Cat D Cat N replaced the Cat D write-off category in 2017. Cat D was used to identify vehicles with light or cosmetic damage. Explanation The "N" in Cat N stands for "non-structural". This means that the car's frame or chassis is not damaged, but other parts of the car may be, such as the brakes, electrical components, or body panels. Repair While the car can be repaired and driven again, it may not be driveable right away. Some safety-critical parts may need to be replaced. Buying Cat N cars can be cheaper than similar cars that haven't been damaged. However, they can be difficult to sell because there are fewer potential buyers.

  3. Stone or similar caught up in the tread of the tyre?
  4. I should be able to help you out with the cracked front finisher above the B-pillar. Just to be clear DM me an image or post up here. Alex.
  5. https://letmegooglethat.com/?q=why+does+the+fusable+link+blow+on+my+350Z
  6. That will probably be because others are not having the same issues as you and are probably not making the same mistakes.

  8. Safe to charge the battery on the car or use jump leads if done "properly" If not done properly any surge or short may cause the fuse link to blow. Again, removing the battery for bench charge and refitting will cause no issues unless you mess up and short out. I have done the above hundreds of times on the 350s, 370s and GT-Rs without issues, but you have got to be diligent and careful. Good luck.
  9. Yes, still for sale. Had lots of enquiries for just the canvas and motors and framework etc. but I prefer to sell as a complete unit. Alex.
  10. This works well, tried and tested for over 50 years. https://www.dinitroldirect.com/product/dinitrol-ml You will also require a trigger, and hose extensions + some other bits and pieces. https://www.dinitroldirect.com/product/dinitrol-reg-mazda-ndash-mx5-rustproofing-kit-ndash-aerosol-cans
  11. PM received, I will check for you.
  12. I will have a look for you Raj. DE or HR?
  13. You will get all the information in the Nissan workshop manual. https://www.nicoclub.com/nissan-service-manuals
  14. You only have to remove the outer bolt and nut to remove the spring. I have plenty in stock, however, these can be reused many times over despite what the service manual states.
  15. Sounds like it may be the ball joint on the compression rod or the ball joint on the suspension upright. All parts are in stock if required.
  16. When do you get this knock?
  17. All are in stock at the minute, just drop me a PM if I can help further. What year is your 350? 6 speed manual or Auto gearbox? Alex.
  18. Can you PM me your full address details please as I will have to get a pallet shipping cost for you.
  19. Terry, Do you prefer just the frame or the frame and canvas all as one? If you just replace the frame then you will have to change over the canvas which is a pain. Replacing the complete roof, frame, and canvas etc is a breeze. Alex.
  20. Unfortunately, there are no adjustments for this issue. You will have twisted the framework and if you are able to see the bent part then you may be able to straighten it. Failing that, it is your lucky day as I have a roof frame in stock which is fully operational and in great shape.
