  1. r888's are fine in the rain, its standing water you have a lot of issues with, though if you know a decent tyre place you can get them cut slightly (which in theory would make them not road legal but a lot of people do it) to allow the grooves that dont go all the way to the edge of tyre reach the edge to shift more water. alot of people seem to think there rubbish in the wet which isnt strictly true, they arnt great but not undrivable either
  2. that is correct, the front of which holds 2 of the bose speakers, it straddles the middle part of the car basically, make me an offer if your interested, ta

  4. if you are using it for day to day only then i suspect opie might recommend something different, they are a trader on here and you also get a discount etc so worth checking them out speedy

  6. im awaiting delivery of the overflow tank myself looks good
  7. i have a tweeter and head unit for sale, though if you need the headunit then you will need to unmarry/marry it using an audio specialist

  11. ive used moris multiple times and had nothing but good service. ive used it on tracks ive never driven before but be aware the excess is high! on tracks ive done before ive not bothered, also be aware that there is no liability on the track, if your stationary in the pits and someone hits you at 100mph its up to you to claim for it usual discounts given for how many track days youve done before, how long youve owned the car etc...
  12. to be fair i would agree with the above, at my last service i gave nissan an air filter, oil filter, brake fluid and engine oil myself and get a nice discount, but then i drove past two nissan garages to get to the one i used as recommended from the place i brought the car.
  13. if you like driving rather than being driven then that would make more sense...
  14. have you test driven an r34 yet? incredible power delivery but not fun to drive imo, maybe you'll have a different view, they do look awesome, i drive past a purple R34 GTR on the way to work most days and they look great Hope you dont have to strip the car down as youve managed to collect/fit loads of good stuff gluk with the sale
  15. i didnt do it myself but a decent bonding agent would suffice with it, mine isnt quite 100% waterproof either though that might have something to do with the giant holes to help the air flow
  16. bah do what i did and use lexan
  17. i have an entire boot for sale if you would like practice metallic black tho
  18. Team Lizard is my tag, same as Mr Biscuit, used to be a big GT fan, never really got into forza until forza2, then other than racepro havent played anything else
  19. i use KW's and would recommend them, they perform really well, CS supplied them for me quite a while ago now. Ive not had any experience of any others in the zed but do drive on the track a lot and dont ever use the TC on or off track in dry or wet weather and never any issues, or anything that couldnt be corrected. Im sure there are others out there that are as good, this is just my opinion.
