To be fair, that could happen to anyone in any kind of car if you're pushing your own or the vehicle's limits. Whether it's an SUV or saloon or a sports car makes little difference if you're driving like a knob. I'd love to get my truck on a trackday one day. Need to find a cheap airfield day methinks...

VXR is an old car now and came out when people still had money and didn't care about VED. Same for the older Meganes, and you don't see many new Megane RSeseses about. No-one wants big engined cars anymore: Look how cheap the older Mercs, Audis, BMWs and Jaaaaaags are on PH. fact of life sadly, which is why everyone is downsizing.

GPMSL I'd go and buy some sexy underwear. Women get all the best underwear which means they can look like a bag lady on top, but be feeling like an utter slut underneath. I imagine that's a very powerful feeling.

No-one has bought the 370Z in anywhere near acceptable numbers due in part to the fuel economy and the CO2 banding as well as the cost in a recession, despite it being a better car than the 350Z. There's a market there for a car that's the same size as the BRZ86, but with more poke as most people are put off owning the Toyobaru because of the 0-60 time.

Won't make any noticeable difference, I run everything on 97 and it's just as good as any 99 I've tried.

Have you seen the prices of 20" tyres? That may make you consider selling them and putting some sensible size ones on sooner than you think

The guest stars used to bug me something chronic. You could tell when they were going to do a guest episode, as the episode before it would be filled full of flashbacks and re-using old clips so they could save the money to pay the guest.

Good point, but then you could also argue it's actually a £30K car so parts should be looked at in that aspect. My trouble is that I see so many people pouring £5K+ into the car to make it heavier and slower by adding all the pretty bits, and that makes me die a little inside You can't really see them unless you take the wheels off, mine are the standard silver I didn't know they did different colours They do make a nice difference to the feel of the brakes ^^^This. Get the plain ones.

I wouldn't say that at all, they are expensive but not OTT for road use. When you start getting into BBK stuff then that's overkill IMHO, but a seriously good set of discs and pads in OEM sizes aren't.

I'll watch Friends if it's on, but it's not and never was something I'd go out of my way to watch. It's perfect Sunday morning hangover telly IYSWIM.
