  1. Had them on mine for a while, but when you get fed up with them because they're filthy and impossible to clean (so about 10 mins ) they're almost impossible to remove without causing damage to the sidewall. Not damage as in undriveable, but it just looks a mess. I'd never fit them again, regardless of how good they can look. White stripes down the bonnet to match next?
  2. Depends if you want a sports car or a diesel Only teasing, I totally get where you’re coming from.
  3. What are you going to be using it for? As in, what functions do you need?
  4. Sounds very plausible to me.
  5. Easy mistake to make! Get some pics up then chop chop TAGL
  6. Tease.
  7. As with any engine cleaning, you have two schools of thought: 1. Do it. It'll clean all the crap out and you'll have a nice shiny engine. 2. Don't do it. Pulling off all that carbon may actually create issues if some gets stuck or take part of the block with it or it might even have been sealing a crack in there. Leave it alone. Now I've not done the carbon cleaning on any engines, but I have used oil flush chemicals before on previous cars. I had no issues, but unless you've found a company who will warrant that engine for at least a year (and tbh if I was them I wouldn't!) then personally speaking my own comfort of risk says leave it alone. I also don't use oil flushes any more either for the same reason.
  8. Although I’ll forgive the Zee if you’re American, I was picking up some Yank in your accent.
  9. ZED NOT ZEE grrr Nice vid. What’s ‘Reloaded’, is that the name of your channel? Need some better pics to see really.

  11. It's just a car. Sh*t happens, don't sweat the small stuff. And ffs don't make it look sh*t by putting some of the protecters suggested on here on

  14. Cup 430? Is that not the DPM knob?
  15. I'd fix the manifold first
  16. Think he's referring the Ultima, of which you can buy an Evo version with a thousand horsepowers. I'm more interested in why you'd bother going from a C6 to a Z06. You've been there and done that, it's not massively different. And again going from a regular Ultima to the Ultima Evo.

Well, OEM generally means that they'll be aimed at being warranty-proof but without being spectactular, so better than some random Chinese guff sold for buttons but not as good as the top stuff we'd put on if trying to improve the car. In short, they'll do you just fine
  18. Right now? And assuming all new. GT86 911 GTS (or GT3 if I'm allowed unobtanium!) R8 That'd do. I don't have much interest in anything quicker than an R8 tbh, I'd much rather be buying older stuff I could exploit and tinker with.

Depends on exactly what pads they are. Your question is a bit like saying "Are Fords any good?" when that range includes the Ka and the GT Pagid do some very dull plain OEM stuff, and some excellent track pads. If it's ECP then they're probably just plain ol' regular ones, by which I mean they're solid quality but don't expect any performance benefits.

You won’t know the handling is bad until you’re sideways. Assuming the new tyre is 7mm new, then I’d be changing both then selling the other on eBay to recoup costs. Trust me, it’s really not worth the risk especially when we don’t even know if the tyre is the same. Pop it on a credit card and worry about it later, you really can’t be having odd tyres across an axle ever.
  23. It's not just the profile size, it's also the added weight of the wheels. Extra mass there means more is transferred from the already skinny sidewalls into the suspension and in turn into the chassis. You'll also accelerate slower and increase braking distance. For some the looks are worth it (and I totally get that 19s look better than 18s). For some the knock on effects aren't worth it. Your call, but in answer to your question yes the ride will be noticeably harsher, but I can't say whether it'll be too much or not. As someone who has suffered with back issues previously (seriously herniated disc L5/S) I do understand where the question is coming from, and personally if it were me I wouldn't risk anything making my back worse. But then I've no idea how bad your condition is!
