  1. Yes. But it’s not going to be a straight swap.
  2. That’s why they’re so good, precisely because they don’t stand out or are too flashy or anything. They just do a very good job and they’re a nice place to be. Personally I’m grateful for cars these days that don’t feel the need to have a million and one creases in just to be different, but that’s probably age talking
  3. How would they know if they never recover the car? And if they do, who said it was you that did it?
  4. @davey_83 another one of your crew here!
  5. I’m not so convinced that a set of rear lights and some wheels could turn it into something desirable, but I hope I’m wrong.
  6. Assuming for one minute those tenders are correct, am I the only think thing it’s very generic and not a pleasing design at all?
  7. Oh you really must mate, makes getting those under trays off an absolute breeze! Good luck with the clam removal, expect hours of fun getting it to line up when you pop it back on...!
  8. Have you got the eliseparts quick release fixings in?
  9. They shouldn’t be launching anything right now, I can’t see this being anything other than a huge sales failure given the likely economy for the next couple of years. Very bad timing, although not their fault at all (well, it kinda is as this should’ve been out years ago, but you know what I mean!). Will almost certainly be white, I agree. Although it might be like the Supra and look better in black to hide the awful angles it’ll no doubt come with
  10. “That’ll be £150k please sir. Yes, for a Nissan. Sir? Sir?”
  11. I don’t get why they’d replace the poorly selling 370 that has a ton of competition, and not the better-known GTR that pretty much is in a class of its own? That doesn’t make much sense to me. Also people are going to get really aggy if this is just another concept

    400z

It’s hideous. There’s not a cohesive line on the damn thing. Bleurgh.
  13. Must be a local garage to you open? No real need for a specialist unless you’re convinced it’s something really difficult to diagnose, it’s not a particularly tricky car to figure out suspension-wise.
  14. Massive difference between an HR and a DE, hell there’s a big difference between a Revup and a HR too. The torque difference between the two is impossible to tell, the extra 1000 (or 500) revs makes a defined difference to the driving experience. Nicer interior on the later models, too.

    Juke Gen 2

A Vauxhall built by Lotus does not count as a Vauxhall! Plus I had one so y’know...

    Juke Gen 2

Nissan killed the Nismo brand in the same way that Vauxhall did with the VXR one, ironically.

    Juke Gen 2

Didn’t even know there was a gen2 Juke! Looks like a Vauxhall. And I don’t mean that in a nice way.
  18. Think of it this way, you’ll be going faster on newer better tyres than you will doing anything else pound for pound Also why never in the wet? That’s a bit odd, it’s a Nissan not a 1970s Ferrari.
  19. I swear to god if you mention look one more time...
  20. Nearly eight year old tyres? I’d be replacing the lot tbh, especially if there’s any cracking on them at all.
  21. There is no legal set limit for the MOT, however it should fail if the noise is above what you can expect from a standard car. It’s against the construction and use regs to fit any exhaust that is intentionally louder than OEM too. In practice as long as you don’t fit straight pipes right the way through and then sit outside McDonald’s banging it off the limiter, you’ll be fine
