  1. Well you kinda do when it sold like crap and is horrendously outdated nowadays...
  2. These teasers are really boring now. It’s the same sodding stuff they’re showing us Roll on tomorrow and we can see what we may/may not be getting in 2021/22/23
  3. Odd, you only had six going and that’s within the rules.
  4. Well one is definitely wrong, spin it round and find out.
  5. Then again, I sought out a hens-teeth spec manual 520d Touring as my regular car so I guess that nullifies my own argument
  6. Auto on a regular car sure, on a weekend car nope. But that’s a different argument altogether...!
  7. Oh dear, what happened to your suspension? That looks an expensive fix
  8. I’d suspect they’ll use the Q60 auto, purely for cost purposes and just send the manual out for reviews. No need to worry about a slower car if there’s never a bad word said about it, and arguably if you absolutely want the auto you won’t care if it’s another crappy slusher.
  9. Just had a read up, can’t find the exact model used in the Q60 (assuming they’re use the same auto in the Z), but it’s soundly trashed as being much slower than ze German cars. Bugger.
  10. Depends on the auto though, doesn’t it? Old school ones are shocking, newer ones much quicker than a manual and as good easy as older DCTs. How good are Nissan autos? What do they use? I’ve no idea.
  11. Now that’s how you move on got a spec for it? I can spot the PCCBs, clubsport or comfort?
  12. Don’t see why they’d go DCT, the only ‘box they have of that type is in the GTR and it’s always been a bit rubbish. Modern autos (esp the ZF units) are pretty much as good as a DCT unless it’s a full-on super sports car you have. Certainly even I would be happy to have one of those boxes in the car, but you’re right about the older autos in the 350/370 being a little bit pony.
  13. Oh you just mean the option of changing gear by pushing the stick as well as paddles. Waste of time tbh, no one actually uses that when you have paddles as it doesn’t add anything to the experience. Think I tried it twice on my old car, then realised I was missing the point somewhat
  14. With a GPF it’s never going to sound as good even as the 370 I suspect, but hey we all love an aftermarket exhaust anyway! When you say “paddle shift and tiptronic”, what do you mean? I’ve always considered them the same thing, a manual way of changing gear via the steering wheel. It’ll be paddles not buttons regardless. I just hope the manual outsells turns auto by a hefty margin.
  15. As long as it’s switchable, then that’s a perfect combo
  16. I ran those on my old Ranger too, decent capability and great for sliding
  17. Agreed, massively prefer the classic black dials but white seems to be the standard. I looked at swapping the ones in my old car but it was very cost-prohibitive at the time.
  18. Cripes, that centre display is fugly! Make it sit flush not stick out like a tacky add on ffs. Digital dash is a good shout, would hope to see that in there. Then again, if they’re going retro then maybe stick with regular dials?
  19. Because Nissan decided to mention PS as well as HP when advertising the damn things in the first place.
  20. The front looks like a cross between a 370, a Panamera and a 1er. I don’t hate it, but neither does it stick out as memorable.

    car cover

Tree sap is the worst I’d get a ceramic coating on there ASAP, will make washing it off a breeze if nothing else otherwise you’ll have to wash the car every single time you want to put the cover on, and that’s no fun.

    car cover

So do most cars keep it clean and protected with a good sealant and that’s all you need, putting a car cover over a dirty car will scratch it to hell.
