Yes, it's much better as you get the newer interior as well as another 1000rpm to play with which makes a huge difference to the drive. That said, I wouldn't move in that direction unless it was for relative peanuts. It's really not worth another few grand unless you have the spare cash.

Which is why it's always good to know the HC As long as it's done safely so they can't get you for careless driving, no issues at all. Smashing past at over the ton probably isn't a good idea though

It's not illegal, you just have to declare to your insurance that you've had an accident when they ask.

Exactly. If you say no then you've lied and you're in all kinds of trouble if you then have a proper accident and they start investigating. Like, y'know, searching the internet for stuff you've written about having a crash

It will still go through her insurance, he will just be on it as a named driver. If he's not then he was driving illegally, and I'd make a point of saying that's probably not a good thing if it gets out...

I just sit in lanes 1 & 2 and pass as I see fit. Most people can be passed on the right without breaking sweat.

Best case you get there too early and have a nap in your car. Worst case you're sat outside for an hour then denied entry because you're too late. 6am is a bit excessive though!

I'd do a P2, and then anything else it may need based on the age of the car (so possibly plugs etc).

Earlier the better, Silverstone isn't known for it's great queuing systems...

If you're using 12% as your correction figure, then yes you would apply that across the board. -
