I wouldn't be touching that car. Any dealer that muffles on about limited warranty and then haggled prices to be sold as spares or repair isn't worth dealing with, utter crooks who have zero idea of the law.

When you say you can't get on, what happens exactly?

Go get your ARDS National B licence test done first, if you haven't already. A good place to do it is Bedford, they're not overly strict there on the driving test part compared with somewhere like Silverstone. Then go pick a race series! MX5 Championship is cheap but often over-subscribed, MR2 Championship slightly easier to get into but still full grids, or there's a ton of others. It's not cheap though, I reckon you're looking around £10K for a season including testing, parts, repairs, travelling, accommodation etc but still massively worth doing. I accept that number could be significantly lower or higher before anyone grabs me on it, I'm leaving it here purely as an average for the guy. I don't follow much other club racing series, so there may well be better options out there, I'm sure the usual suspects will be by to add their knowledge to the mix as well soon.

No point in paying a premium for a special edition car then chopping it to pieces, IMHO.

I went in my first Leaf today! Man, what a boring slab of cheap plastic that dash is. It's like going back in time to the early '90s, what on earth are Nissan thinking? That said, the cabin was spacious, the seats comfortable, ride a little too firm but nothing horrendous, and the stereo was decent. It made far too many pings and bongs for my taste, but in fairness a lot of cars do now. My review: It was alright. I give it half a thumb up percent.

I'm really not I've been chatting with Grundy tonight about this, and something here doesn't add up at all. The size of the spacers I have on doesn't join up with me measuring them, the OEM wheel options and widths offered along with their offsets... Something is definitely wrong numbers wise. If you ignore all the guff I posted above and look at the M6 for example, stock wheels there are 19x9.5J ET17 on the rear. Work on the basis I need an extra 5mm clearance due to the suspension and you end up with me needing ET12 on the back: With the new wheels at ET22, I can get that with just a 10mm spacer and even then that puts me at OEM-style wheel fitment! No, this makes zero sense. As such, f*ck it, I'm going to go with my gut and just see what happens.

Whether I can lose the extra width via raising the car, or by arch rolling, or by camber. Cannot go any smaller sadly, not even by a single mm. 20mm spacer is nothing, I'm on 30mm as it is! Agreed, but I don't want to move to 19" wheels as it means another outlay on tyres as well as adding weight, even over the spacers.

The Havoc kit won't make your car look like a Transformer, unless there's one called Optimus Fuglycar or maybe Starscreamingcoshelooksamess. I jest, each to their own. If you love it, then go for it! It's your money, as long as you're happy then who cares what other people think?

Fit yes, but it needs electrical changes to the ECU & stuff that make it not financially viable.
