  1. I hate you. As does the data on my phone.
  2. Personally I wouldn't call anything with the name Focal on them high-end, but as long as you're happy with them that's what counts
  3. They do not work for the purpose which was either advertised or which the consumer asked for, hence they're faulty.
  4. http://www.which.co.uk/consumer-rights/regulation/consumer-contracts-regulations Near the bottom of the page, under returning faulty goods.
  5. You sent the wrong item after consideration was made, which makes that a breach of contract. In theory the other guy can then sue you for any sums paid to correct this, or realistically you just refund the money or even better pay for the return postage in the first place. If the guy had simply changed his mind, you would not be responsible for the cost of return delivery.
  6. DSR no longer applies, it's the CCR now.
  7. Well, that's pretty clear cut then. Naughty naughty and all that. That said, I'm sure this was just a mistake by Adrian, we all make them at times (even me!).
  8. So you did actually try and charge him for returning the item?
  9. I think most developed nations in general have
  10. Dude, it's a modern Jap car, not a 1920s Italian thing. Just drive it normally, it won't disintegrate if you look at it too hard
  11. Good, no-one in the public likes him after the Education Secretary fiasco, he's best kept away from the limelight.
  12. Have you not owned a car before mate?! Seriously, it'll be fine. Park it outside, inside, next to a wall, under a bridge, near some pikeys, it'll make no difference. Okay, so don't park next to the pikeys. I'd be more concerned about damage from other users than anything else, so sticking it next to a wall (any wall) is better than having two cars park either side, possibly opening their doors into yours. You don't need a cover, unless you intend to properly wash it after you've parked up. All you'll do it capture the dirt and dust on the car and the cover will scratch it into the paintwork.
  13. Did you see Larry having a pop at the black cat the other day?! Also, worth following @DiploMog on Twitter for the account of the official Foreign Office cat, Palmerston. The US use @DiploMutt for their version, which is funnily enough a dog.
  14. Oooh now there's a good question! I know what you mean about detailing a really green-covered car, but I think if I was buying I'd want a poorly washed one that was clean, so I could at least see if anything was hiding under the foliage
  15. Probably!
  16. It was a very good speech she did yesterday, I have to admit. I know, speeches mean nothing, but she's basically p*ssed all over Corbyn and his equality stuff. I also loved her dig at Sturgeon and how proud she was of the Union which she's going to keep together No second referendum for the Scots methinks. Not convinced about Rudd as Home Secretary, but BoJo as Foreign Secretary is a great (albeit brave) move. An incredibly clever man who will always put the UK first, and isn't afraid to stand up to the US either. Interesting times ahead, but for the most part it looks right now that things may (ahahahaha) be getting on the right track again.
  17. £3K just for the kit? Really??
  18. Well, it'll get the women folk watching I guess.
  19. Yup, exactly that
  20. Assuming the money is in a bank, it's probably okay. It may not have increased in value at all, but it should be safe.
  21. Daft question perhaps, but assuming you and your brother are adults why did your Mum not just leave the money directly to you?
  22. And I like F&F
  23. KILL IT WITH FIRE
  24. and setting on fire
  25. Probably not the best way to advertise a car for sale...!
