  1. I assume you want to set fire to it? If so, I'm in for a fiver.
  2. Correct. http://www.whitedalton.co.uk/motorbike-blog/2013/10/i-sold-my-bike-but-didnt-cancel-my-insurance/ http://www.visordown.com/news/general/biker-may-be-forced-to-pay-thousands-after-banned-new-owner-has-fatal-crash I'd cancel it the second the car left my doorstep.
  3. Given we don't have a huge amount of Irish members on here, our statistical survey average is far too small to say conclusively either way. I wouldn't ever be buying an Irish Zed though.
  4. Make sure the lock works? It's a mass-produced car by a common Japanese company, it doesn't need anything special doing to it if you're insistent on not using it because it's a bit nippy outside. You're only in Norfolk, it's not exactly Sweden when it comes to winter weather
  5. This thread has ended in disappoint. Glad you got it sorted, pay attention next time!
  6. Exactly. Plus you have to update your V5C and driving licence, so it's not like you can claim ignorance.
  7. Well, it's certainly cost effective I guess! Not something I'd do, but it's better than nothing for sure.
  8. That's just ridiculous, you've barely gone anywhere! How much extra is it to cover you for the rest of the year? Or is that what you're waiting for?
  9. You're not starting a new policy in that case, you're simply removing a driver from your existing policy. You won't lose any NCB. What was your old postcode out of interest? The new one doesn't exactly look high risk to me, but I'm not local to that area.
  10. I do shuffle (or at least, not stay rigid quarter to three) a bit more on the roads in 'regular' driving, purely as it makes the drive a little more relaxing. It's a technique I'm pinching from police driving, having read through Reg Local's books as well as watching his videos. Essentially it gives me a more flexible approach to my driving, so I can be smooth and in control regardless of whether on track or on the roads.
  11. As in I was, or I wasn't? Pretty sure I always hold that wheel at quarter to three, but then it's not something I consciously look for.
  12. As long as the oil stays below 120c, it's fine. An oil cooler of pretty much any kind will help massively.
  13. Redline in 5th? *grabs popcorn*
  14. After I did all the suspension and engine stuff But yes, there's a certain irony in there
  15. There was, whether it's still there or not I don't know. It's not as realistic, but it is as much fun. Even if I can't drift for sh*t
  16. Every one is on FH3 now. Check the gaming thread for more details

Not sure how the actual rates differ between 370 and 350, but try running them at 10 from hard at the front and 13 from hard at the rear: That was about the best balance I could find on the 350, without sacrificing too much quality and accounting for some iffy surfaces in deepest darkest Essex.
  18. Air duct, some people cut those in to supply air to the (presumably) cone filter kit you can install.
  19. That said, something is worth what someone else will pay for it, not what you paid for it.
  20. The only issue with carpet tiles is that when you spill fluids on them, they're going to soak it up like a sponge. Do that often and you're going to be replacing tiles a lot, which could be a pain depending on how you fix them down. I'm not saying don't use them (they're what I'm going to use for mine), just be aware of the limitations.
  21. http://kotaku.com/mafia-iii-is-seriously-glitchy-1787634269 Check out the video at the bottom, it's hysterically bad
  22. In desperate needs of a patch, if the vids on Twitch/YT are anything to go by
