  1. Same number though, and yes it was him. I had to pretend it was a wrong number lol. Did you ring from your phone?
  2. You numpty How do you not even know where you dropped your car off?!
  3. Rape them in the face with an AIDS-coated parsnip.
  4. Call him now, at least you know he's definitely answering today! And call from a different number, in case he's avoiding you.
  5. Well, they answered the phone just now when I rang them. 01527 910238, yeah?
  6. New Evora Sport 410 is also £80K. And that's also well over priced IMHO.
  7. I don't want to discuss a trip to the opera with her.
  8. And those people should be shot. Anyone who buys a silly expensive car and then never drives it should be summarily executed.
  9. Ariana Grande for me, please.
  10. Tbh, it's irrelevant what other people think: As long as you like it, that's all that matters. I do get you asking for opinions though, it's a good idea so not pooh-poohing your thread at all matey, just remember that one person's modern and fresh interior is someone else's clusterf*ck of analogue and digital thrown together
  11. I drove a VX on ITBs at Bedford once! I happened to bump into a fellow owner who'd never driven a VXR so we simply swapped keys and off we went! Stunning, stunning noise. ITBs on anything ftw though. I'd love a set on the Bummer...
  12. I'd genuinely buy an R35 at £80K over that R34. At least it would be new, not creak everywhere and pretend to have a decent interior!
  13. The VQ can sound nice, but it really needs a very specific combination. There was one guy on here who achieved nirvana for me, can't remember who it was but he had a dark blue HR coupe, came to the Grasshopper meet a few years back and I've never heard a Zed sound so good in all my life. Most 350 exhausts just sound LOUD, and whilst that's definitely fun and entertaining I don't think I'd call them aurally aesthetic. As far as four pots go, I quite like a K-series with some lumpy cams. Gives it personality.
  14. Ridiculous money for that. Utterly ridiculous.
  15. Gallardo saw off the 360, 430 and 458
  16. I always just buy the first one I see, so I'm literally the worst person for this in the world!
  17. I'll save you the time: Everyone who owns a 370 loves it. /thread
  18. Lols at Vettel getting stiffed by the same rule he desperately wanted implemented because of Vestappen! I was so desperately hoping that Rosberg would finish fourth to at least keep the title race open a bit longer. Two easy circuits for him now though, can't see him not finishing second at least in both (tbh I suspect he'll win in Brazil anyway). I wonder if he'll take the option of the number 1 on his car next year? He's not such a brand as Lewis is, so I suspect he'll be very tempted. I would!
  19. Bloody hell, I'm not sure I could drive a 458 that slowly if I tried!
  20. They're different models though: The R35 is still an R35, no matter how many facelifts it's had. 355 to 488 covers 21 years, the R35 is only on 9. Wait until next year, then you'll really see the price of cars not made in the UK soar. No way manufacturers are going to suck up the low pound themselves, they'll do an Apple and pass it on to the consumer.
  21. 1. Yes, as the redline on the revcounter moved from 6500 on the DE to 7000 on the revup to 7500 on the HR. 2. No idea. Probably though, I can't see them changing much. 3. I would presume so, yes.
  22. £80K gets you the most highly-specced and fancy TTRS you could possibly want. Perhaps it's a little lacking in ultimate involvement, but it'll be up there in terms of pace and a nicer road car. Plus you get that uber-fancy dash display, which is just incredible. Or a V8 F-Type. Or a lightly used 911. Or as seems to be the way forward, just get an older GT-R!
  23. But it affects the handling of the car in ways you can't describe through sheer numbers, and you get far more feedback to drive the car on the edge. The extra noise alone just focuses you in a way that no intake/exhaust combo ever could. 50kg from a 1500kg car is noticeable, 50kg from a car weight just 960kg is a different world.
  24. I was chatting to a Vanquish owner today who has the Cobra Nogaro carbon buckets in his. Fully trimmed by AM for their Q range, they sell for about £13,000. Second hand. EACH.
