  1. He'll be fine. He's less of an interfering warmonger than Hillary is, his opening speech showed how he's going to mellow now he's actually won, much like this country the power sits with the people around the boss rather than the boss, and if not then at least he'll do stuff rather than just talk about it. I think it'll be significantly better than people fear. I agree that neither choice was great though!
  2. Loking good for Trump now then. Looks like we Brits really started something with Brexit.
  3. And now you have no idea what the code was, could've been something important. Why did you not just get it read?!
  4. Okay, so likely you've got an air leak or a broken MAF or damaged wire or knocked the throttle body, but even so it could be anything. You need to read the codes, else it's guesswork.
  5. Check the code, could be anything.
  6. http://www.eurocarparts.com/car-battery Knock yourself out. Just enter your reg then pick one within budget. More CCA = less effort the battery will exert trying to start your car (basically), but more CCA = more expensive too.
  7. I tried it, and it was very immersive but the grainy PS3-esque graphics meant I wouldn't consider it as a serious purchase. Being able to move around the batcave was probably my favourite gaming moment of the year so far though Tempted by a Vive now though.
  8. Almost too much, it's far more supportive in that area than the Sparco was. I may have to adjust that in the future, depends how I get on with it.

    Straightforward and to the point.
  10. It needs bodywork and wheels that fit. Until then, that's definitely not finished
  11. In the future, I would humbly suggest less haste and more speed.
  12. Managed to get a spare day to fit the new seat in yesterday. A lot more faff than I was expecting, not helped by me fitting the sliders upside down first of all ( ) but a huge difference. Interestingly the Recaro Pole Position sits a lot deeper in the seat than the Sparco Sprint, so I wasn't raised up by as much as I thought I might be once I'd put the sliders on. It rubs against the centre console as I've got the seat belt buckle on the outside of the seat (it can go inside too, the seat is recessed there specifically) as I wanted to give Jo as much room for her lady hips as possible, but a small felt pad against the buckle prevents any damage to the console. Sooooooo comfy, yet I don't feel any less supported than I did with the Sparco. It really was worth every penny. Some crap pics before and after: Sun is in totally the wrong place this morning for the Recaro pic, I'll get some better ones at some point. Looks and feels very OEM+ though, which is exactly what I was going for. Just need to save up for the other side now!
  13. So you want stretch, or you don't want stretch?

ECP have 30% off this weekend, use the code WEEKEND30
  15. Do you want a Hoover, or do you want a vacuum cleaner? But yeah, a Henry will last forever. We've also got one of those Shark things you see on shopping channels, which breaks down into a handheld unit and is surprisingly good. Personally I don't think you can beat a Dyson, but the Shark isn't far off and it's half the price.
  16. Fuel pressure isn't worth knowing, but oil temp is: If you're going dual, then the oil pressure/temp is the one to get. I've not looked at those kits you mention, but really all you should need is just to tap in to the system at the relevant points using the basics and then wire the kit to the sensor. I wouldn't have thought you need 350-specific hardware.
  17. Personally I like the Stack analogue dials, but the new SPA dual LED ones are beautiful to look at (if a little harder to read when on the go!). I've always said that analogue is the way to go with gauges, but each to their own. Can't go wrong with either of those brands, really.
  18. Some kid wearing a silly t-shirt for a badly thought photo op doesn't suddenly make the poppy appeal redundant and morally bankrupt.
  19. FIFA were right. The rules are very clear, both FAs signed up to them (hell, they made them in the first place!), so I'm not sure why they're surprised. Whether or not it's political is up for debate, so since that's in question it makes sense to not allow it. If you allow it for one then you allow it for all, and that's a slope that FIFA don't need to get dragged into. Where the FA went wrong was to ask permission: If they'd just put a poppy on the sleeve or chest of every shirt no-one would've batted an eyelid. Should they wear it? Of course. Is it glorifying war? Of course it bloody well isn't.
  20. Agreed, it's swings and roundabouts really, and only the person involved knows what level of risk they're happy with.
