  1. 97 is absolutely fine to use. It's 95 you should avoid.
  2. Yeah, it's just a big car park. All the other bits they mention will be there for all the public to try, personally I'll be watching the racing Unlikely to need to give your name either, not with 500 cars going!

Seriously, just do the springs, that'll give you what you're after.

Okay, let me ask a different question then: How do you think the current system the security services use should change? I.e. instead of monitor up until the point a crime is committed and then act, what should our they do instead? At what point should they act?

Okay, so how do you think they should define it? Someone with terrorist mates? Someone who downloads a bomb document? Someone who one time visited an IS website? You can't just say trust the security services, as they have to have defined boundaries too. I can't believe you don't have an opinion on this, put it that way.

I didnt say that at all, lets be realistic about what the security services deem a terror threat and i am sure that doesnt include isis popping up in a google search The security services know who these people are in most cases with very good reason. But how would you define who is and isn't a threat? Serious question, not being flippant on this. Genuinely curious to know what you'd define as a terror threat.
  7. If there's one group of people I wouldn't muck around with and try and blag, it's mortgage lenders as you literally put your entire house on the line. I also wouldn't muck around insurers. Or the taxman. Or armed gendarmes. /spanish inquisition

With no damping adjustment at all and a price level that low, I think you're a brave man if you gamble. Plus you have to re-use your existing top mounts. Personally I'd be saving another couple of hundred quid and getting the BCs or the Torqen ones, the step up in quality will be noticeable and the last place you want to compromise on the car is damping. If you just want to lower the car then simply get some springs for half the price.
  9. 99% sure they do it beforehand, I'm almost certain they did with me when we bought our place a couple of years back. The lender will ask very specifically if there is likely to be any change in circumstance in the near future anyway, and lying and then getting caught out means they'll either withdraw the offer or simply ask for the money back in one lump any way. Risky business.

  12. Ignition off, pump the brakes until the pedal goes hard. Keep foot on pedal, it should stay hard. Engine on, foot still on pedal, it should sink until reaching a normal depressed position. If it sinks right to the bottom, you have an issue.

I'd rather 10 guilty people go free than 1 innocent person goes to jail. If that means that we end up with more Manchesters, then unfortunately so be it. I wouldn't want to be thrown in jail or deported because someone sent me an email and I opened it, or all my mates were dodgy and I genuinely had no idea.

It'll sit at exactly the same height on 18s as 19s, unless you're planning on running ridiculous tyres. Where are you gettin Tein dampers for £400 from? That's ridiculously cheap.

All religions ask their followers to kill if you take them literally. Therein lies the problem.
  18. Could be two things: 1. You've not bled it enough. These things are an absolute bugger to do. 2. The master is gone. Mine was after I changed my slave, and given the cost of the job is in the labour it's why I tell everyone to change both slave and master at the same time.
  19. +millionty Looks cheap and nasty, stick with the original and spend your money elsewhere
  20. It's like dropping an LS3 into a mk1 Escort: It'll still look like an Escort, but you have much more flexibility and more power to do stuff That's as close an analogy as I can get

Arguably yes, Al Qaeda have been significantly quieter in the last few years, but then I doubt that's just down to getting rid of Bin Laden. True, and up to a point that's my preferred viewpoint as well. However the world is a much smaller place now, and of course money talks (as does angry Russians with much bigger bombs than us, hence the reason we're not quite ready to poke that bear yet) but morally I don't think we should sit by and let people with the ideology that IS has make any steps forward. If it were simply a case of an internal dispute, let's use Syria as an example, where you have a domestic rebellion then I'm all for sitting back and seeing what happens. Trouble is that led to a power vacuum that IS utilised, and IS have no intention of leaving the evil West alone like Syria under any government would. We had to act. My problem isn't with the West interfering with other countries, it's more that we're too choosy in where we interfere. There's some proper evil b*stards in Africa that we seem happy to leave alone, and I don't see how that can be right.
