  1. I found it boring and pretentious. Nice idea, but dull as ditchwater.
  2. Vids aren't showing for me NB, you need to remove the s from the end of the https at the start dude
  3. First thing I'd try and establish is whether it's actually coated or not. Quick wash will tell you that, massive difference between a waxed car and a coated one. Only way to tell if it'll leave a mark is to take them off and see. I agree with my learned friend above, probably going to need a polish regardless.
  4. Oh I absolutely do. Sometimes I even enjoy it.
  5. Sssppppfffftttt!!! *coffee meets keyboard* You cannot be for real. You cannot.
  6. Have you not been following his posts?
  7. You were arguing for it. A line here or there saying you weren't doesn't change the essence of thousands of other lines of text you wrote. If you weren't arguing for it, then why does everyone think you were? Are we all wrong, or could it be you? Pretty sure Stu said the same thing to you the other day.
  8. Dude, you have proper issues.
  9. No, you were arguing for and defending it. Choosing to ignore the fact doesn't change that. I'm not sure you even realise how obtuse some of your posts are, or how blind you argue a dead point.
  10. To prevent terror attacks? More surveillance, more undercover, more help from Muslim communities. That's it.
  11. For someone who doesn't agree with it, you've done a good job of arguing for it. (Edit, not you Col). It's a silly idea, end of. Try and argue the toss about it all you like, but it's never going to happen and would cause more problems than it solves.
  12. Maybe we could arm them with guns too, that would be more effective. And obviously we wouldn't want the terrorists to know who was armed, so we could let them hide the guns on them. They'd need a permit for that, maybe call it a Carry But Conceal permit? Perhaps we could write it into a bill of rights so it's enshrined in law forever. I don't think any other country does that, and I'm sure there wouldn't be any issues letting unpaid volunteers loose with weapons.
  13. Would've been quicker to get out and walk than follow that knobhead!
  14. You cannot and will not ever eradicate terrorism in the current form using current methods. You will not do it by force at all. As has been said, a billion more police on the streets armed to the teeth with ninja moves would not have prevented either Manchester or London. Is it impossible to have a Super Civvy team? No. Would it be useless and a massive waste of funds? Yes.
  15. Reminds me of an episode of Law & Order. If it's not already, I can promise we'll see a made-for-TV film of this. Vile woman. But involuntary manslaughter? Gonna be a tough one to prove if my understanding of US law in general is correct. Definitely right to let the judge rule rather than a jury though, she'd have def lost that.
  16. Do we need a sticky for this thread that reminds people we already have a police force that is perfectly capable of doing the best they can with regards to terrorism, without a massive need for an influx of extra Super Civvy Cops Wiv Attitude? If you want to make a difference to our lives and security that would actually matter, we'd be far better off with regular police to catch regular criminals like burglars and vandals and stuff like that. Y'know, crime that actually affects us all on a day to day basis.
  17. Even more of a reason she shouldn't be in government. If she's genuinely ill then I wish her the best. If it's just a con to get her clear of the limelight, then I'll be less impressed. With regards to tearing up the 'Ooman Rights book, the Tory guy on Jeremy Vine earlier clarified this slightly. Currently it can be impossible to deport someone if they have family here, as they have a legal right to a family life under the HRA, so he was saying that's one thing they would change. Seems reasonable enough to me, and proves it's not always the headline you should read but the detail. Also, and I've no idea why the media or more importantly the Tories have stopped mentioning this, but do people not remember that most of Labour MPS actually think Corbyn is useless? His shadow cabinet is made up of people that still like him, rather than the best available to him. That's a really bad idea to vote a party in that kind of disarray into power.
  18. Like IS do. No personal feelings, just working towards what Allah tells them to. The biggest problem we have is that you cannot fight a thought.
  19. So basically it's actually much, much worse than what Zeezeebaba says? Yay!
  20. I didn't mean literal cheering on, as well you know. It's not a deterrant at all, even if they thought they wouldn't get to heaven because of it they'd still happily go do a mass kill because it's massively insulting to their religion. I don't agree with religion at all, and think it should all be banned, but since it's not then it would be desecration in their opinion. Doesn't matter if I think it's bunkum or not, it's what the murdering scum think that counts.
  21. It's one thing to despise someone and say they're not a true Muslim, but it's another to cheer on authorities desecrating a corpse of someone who follows the same Magic Book Of Sky Fairies as you do. Even if the sensible Muslims are happy about it, the ones sitting on the fence won't be and then you push them to create more terrorists.
  22. Skoda Superb would be a good choice. Very solid car. But if you want something that's remotely interesting to drive at any point, you need RWD so that's just the BMW really.
  23. I wouldn't be happy fitting a lesser engine to my car.
