  1. Sadly they disappeared in about 10 mins once they went live, I got lucky as I was browsing the web at the time. £300 from scalpers on eBay now, f*ckers.
  2. Amazon, but they're gone now. Hopefully Ninty will do another couple of batches though.
  3. I mixed and matched, mostly I ate all the assorted ones first though.
  4. Win95? Don't be silly. Probably 3.1 still...
  5. Not the same as playing from a console though, even if it is one running an emulator anyway.
  6. I was once violently ill after eating some* KKs. I don't go back there any more, I'll stick with the cheapy Tesco ones I think. *may have been an entire double dozen. Not in one sitting though!
  7. Got one on order. Completely pointless as I have all the games anyway on either emulator or proper SNES, but it'll look cool next to my mini NES.
  8. And hang on, they're RING donuts! Jam filled or nowt, I'm afraid.
  9. You're a QS?! They make my life miserable, so I retract all my previous advice :p Further to my advice about the mortgage type, do go and see your local/preferred IFA and get them to check the figures and small print for you on that before committing either way. Meant to add that to my post originally, sorry.
  10. 412/659 MPs voted for the invasion, on all sides (LD and SNP excluded). It was the right thing to do based on the info we had, and even know we know that the WMD 45min claim was baloney it was still the right thing to do to remove Saddam from power. Ultimately it was the lack of planning to leave a stable government that made the whole war a mess, not the belief of doing the right thing. Even if Stu has only voted Labour, it doesn't mean he was for the war. You can happily believe either way that the war was right or wrong, and still have an opinion on the continued use of Trident.
  11. 1. If you can, go for a proper mortgage rather than a HTB one. I suspect it will be cheaper long term paying the extra interest rate rather than paying the rent and then more on top when you sell. 2. Extras: Honestly, probably not a lot. Demand for homes is immense, and you're lucky to get one at all these days. By all means try for appliances etc but I think you'll be lucky. I'd be asking them to paint the walls to my own colours rather than generic magnolia, unless you want that of course. 3. Honestly, I'd rather be buying my own stuff than getting them to chuck any old cheap crap in.
  12. That was the first one I found after a google for Jenson Button angry radio, I'm sure there's others
  13. Perhaps, but I'd rather have it and not use it etc. The world changes so quickly, we couldn't imagine having not had the nuclear deterrent thirty years ago, and we may well be very grateful to have it in thirty years time. Or it may turn out to be a waste of money completely as the New World Order under The Almighty Corbyn has us all living in communes in a field, sharing our cattle with the state. If it is a waste then I'm sure we can just flog it to the Saudis as usual
  14. How TM went from looking like the best PM we've had in years from her first speech to becoming possibly the worst in modern times (I'll ignore Gordon Brown for now), I've no idea. She literally couldn't have done any worse if she'd tried.
  15. I'd rather spend money on Trident than the NHS and education. I mean, not one at the expense of the other completely because that's daft, we're just unfortunate that the Trident needs replacing now rather than a few years in the future. Tax breaks are only useful if they bring in more money than actual taxes. I have no idea on the exact figures right now, but I do know that raising CT would be a death blow to SMEs right now, so I'm against that in principle.
  16. £1Bn for a functioning government is worth every penny. Even though it wouldn't have come to this if, y'know, you'd bothered to actually campaign.
  17. I'd go and try one, only way you'll know for sure tbh.
  18. Sounds more like you picked the wrong insurer than anything.
