There is no such thing as "better", it all depends on what you want from a car. Zero lag is preferable for ease of use and track work, turbo power is great for overtaking on the road. A well set-up turbo kit can be under less stress than a poorly done S/C, so it all comes down to how you want the car to drive above anything else. If it's ultimate reliability you're after then you don't want to be going FI at all, as there's always an element of risk no matter how safe your setup.

I wouldn't spend any less than £10K going FI, and that might not even include the regulation brake & suspension upgrade for that amount. Tbh the best thing you can do is go and read up about the differences between turbos and superchargers (which it looks like you've done already, so top marks there) and then go and drive some OEM models. A good couple of choices would be a 2L TT and a 230 SLK, as that'll show you the difference between what a turbo feels like compared with a supercharger, and in comparatively similar cars.

I'd rather go anywhere else other than Turkey. The place itself is quite nice, and lots of hawt Scandinavian women seem to go there too, but I found the people there to be rude to the point of arrogance. I'd never go again, but I'd recommend just about any of the Greek isles if you've never been. Pretty much the same scenery + food wise, but a much friendlier populace. Just my experience, I know loads of people have been there and enjoyed it, but I really didn't.

Great car, and filled with personality, but I can think of better things to spend my money on for £100K. Like a 997 GT3 and a Caterham.

A musically incredible man right up to and including the Bad album, but after that he may as well have stopped everything right there. Too many stories, too many second-rate songs, and not even trying to give your kids a normal life doesn't make for a legend in my book. I hope he'll be remembered for the music, but I doubt it.

Sadly only three of the wheels are bubbling so I'd have been left with an odd wheel, besides which I vastly prefer the Rays to the GT4 wheels. The detail on them matches the car, and I wouldn't want to lose that. Car definitely never had GT4s on, was used by a dealer manager as a company car and I very much doubt he'd have spent the money to get the car from NMGB like that himself! Interesting, all three of my wheels are kerbed (don't ask!) yet they were happy to replace them.

As this point in time, I'm not convinced I won't end up with a set of 14" Micra wheels!

A few weeks ago I noticed that my Rays are bubbling, so I took them to Glyn Hopkin in Bishops Stortford who took one look at them and agreed that they should be replaced under warranty. A week later I get a phonecall from them saying that NMGB have approved the warranty claim, and to set a date to come in and get the wheels swapped over. That day was today, so I left the truck at home and drove in with the roof down and the stereo up first thing this morning, and left the car with them. You can almost guess what's coming next, can't you? Yup, I got a phonecall a few hours later and the wrong wheels turned up! Even though they ordered them by the chassis code (don't forget, mine's a UK GT) they still ended up with a set of GT4 wheels rather than the Rays, sent courtesy of NMGB! Nothing against the guys at GH here at all, they've always been fantastic for me when getting stuff sorted and they were genuinely embarassed, but when Nissan themselves can't even work out what wheels came on my car when the previous owner on the V5 was NMGB themselves, it really does make you wonder. I laughed the whole thing off, got the handbrake adjusted FOC whilst it was there and took the long way home in the sunshine, just waiting for the next phonecall to find out when my wheels will actually be in!

It's okay, but they still haven't got as good a notation as Harmonix have on the RB series. I did buy this though, and whilst the Metallica tracks are good fun everything else (especially the live tracks) are very poorly implemented and wishy-washy.

My turn: Focus 1.8 TDdi: First car I bought myself, still miss it on occasion. MR2 Roadster w/Hass turbocharger kit: First car I ever modded. It went through many different changes when I had it, but this is where it ended up and certainly the most tasteful. I'm still in touch with the two owners after me, which is a bit odd as I sold it to a dealer and never had any contact with them at all! It's still being well cared for, and it's kinda nice to know it's in a good home. VXR220 w/TMS stage 2 tune: First car bought with a bit of knowledge about cars! Now resides with a good friend of mine, so still get to drive it every now and then. Stupidly quick, both on road and on track. I don't miss it as much as I should do really, but that's probably a good thing as it means I sold it when the time was right for me.

If you want an iPhone you have to go to O2, so they've got you over a barrel. More than enough people want one to ensure that they don't really need to bargain at all, so I can't see much of an answer here. To put it in perspective, I've had a 2G iPhone since Jan last year, and have 10 other phones with O2 all comfortably spending over £40pcm, yet O2 wouldn't let me upgrade my current contract 9 days early so I could pick a 3GS up in the O2 shop yesterday. I don't exactly mind the wait, but it shows you just how hard-nosed they can afford to be right now.
