Obviously that ChipsAway guy (it's a franchise, remember) hasn't bothered to go and get the correct paint colour code as it's too much hassle for him, and he's used to people just going "Oh, that's close enough, it's only a Mondeo/Golf/generic shopping trolley car". Either he gets you the correct paint or you get your money back.

Any, do yourself a favour and take the car to Dixon down at DMS in Erith. He took a load of measurements for me when I was unsure about my car and totally put my mind at ease that there was nothing wrong structurally with it (there was nothing wrong in the end full stop, it turned out). Even if it costs you a couple of hours labour it'll be worth it.

Not sure if you're aware, but they're not Pilot Sport 2 tyres, they're the original Pilot Sport 1s. Might want to adjust your ad Shame really as otherwise I'd have had them off you for the tyres alone.

Ummm, surely there's no comparison between the two as they're completely different forms of FI? It's going to depend more on what you want the final car to feel like than simply the cost of sourcing bits between the two.

Nah, OEM coolant is as cheap and as good as you'll find anywhere, and it's always a good idea to stick with what's in the system anyway.

Bump for final price reduction I would just like to add at this point that because this is the original ESR version of the exhaust, it DOES NOT suffer the same fitment issues/rattling as the later Japspeed ones. I had no trouble on my Roadster at all, even with the extra brace that it has.

Should be able to buy bottles of coolant from any main dealer, certainly that's what I'd use.

Truth is though that someone could follow the rules perfectly but still be a complete arse and rip someone off, so whilst they help the vast majority of decent people they still won't stop the dodgy ones coming through: They just make it more difficult for them. FWIW I find the current rules to be pretty good (if a bit too thorough), but at the end of the day it's up to the seller to decide who he wants to sell to. It really is no more difficult than that.
