  1. If by aero you mean the single-blade affairs then yes, they'll be fine on the rear too. Saying that, I've never found a set that work anywhere near as good as a decent set of normal ones, and the PIAA ones I've been using for the last 5 years seem to be just about the best out there. They may not look as good (subjective, of course) but given that I want my wipers to remove as much water from my windscreen rather than look pretty, I think I'll stick with them
  2. Blimey, all that way and you want to rent a Zed?! Go and get something more exciting, like a Holden with a big V8!
  3. Thought so, it's so much better than the standard cars. They really do look terrible, Polyphony really should've left them out IMHO.
  4. Is that a premium or standard car?
  5. The LM24 is a race that every petrolhead should go to at least once in their lives. It's an incredible atmosphere if you go to the right places at the right times, and can be as mad or as sedate as you want it to be. I'm gutted I won't be going next year As far as the F1 engines go, I don't think it'll make much difference really. We were all gutted when the V10s went to V8s, but times move and things change. I can't imagine any of the drivers preferring an FI engine to an NA one, but they'll cope as I'm sure we all will. Really the differences between the cars are all down to the aero now, the engine is almost irrelevant in terms of slight variances between manufacturers.
  6. Brilliant!

    My New Car!!!

That is absolutely beautiful. Words cannot describe how much I love that car, you're a very lucky man.
  8. You always want more grip on the driven wheels, and as such you'd put it on the fronts. The exception to this is with FWD cars where it would go on the rear, and 4WD cars where it doesn't really matter but it should go on the rear.

    GT5

You have to do the Redbull X1 Challenge, as obvious as that sounds.
  10. Don't forget that the space saver must always be fitted to the front axle, even if that means putting a front wheel on the rear.
  11. No chance, they'll be well covered for that. I honestly think you'll be best off sorting it yourself and not telling any insurance companies.
  12. You got it!
  13. Yours, sadly. This is exactly why we have car insurance though. That's never a write off though, worse comes to the worse you'll just replace the roof itself.
  14. I don't want a Jag of any kind. Give me any Jag of any age and any type and I'll find you a similar car by a different marque that I'd have instead.
  15. Walk or taxi. Or even better, shed.
  16. Wow, is it 2002 all over again?! *runs*
  17. Aber-who? Are they Polish or something?
  18. Speak for yourself
  19. Is there an echo in here?
  20. It's all a bunch of lies. Driving with your vision blocked is against the law, driving with snow on your roof isn't.
  21. That interior has really dated, y'know. Fabulous engine, but not a car I'd really lust over.

    ADVAN wheels?

Christ on a bike they're utterly vile
  23. A squirt of WD-40 won't hurt either.
  24. Do you find the car rolling on the tread blocks much when cornering? They looked huge in the original photos, hence my asking. Good write up though
  25. I like the car at the far end-but-one the bestest
