  1. Numbers don't tell the whole story though. In terms of driving enjoyment they rate the Cayman R as very much right at the top of the tree, with the 1M not that far back but with the 370Z and the TTRS some distance behind. That's a shame for Nissan, a disaster for Audi, but it shows just how far on top Porsche and BMW are in terms of recognising what enthusiastic drivers want from a car. We don't necessarily want the fastest thing out there, we want something that just feels like the fastest thing out there.
  2. As I said, it depends on the tyre. 30psi would be fine for something like the PS2s, but it'd feel like treacle on FK452s.
  3. Not a bad track, but it's a bit generic for my taste. I think I probably wrote something like that on Dance eJay back in 1998!
  4. What tyres do you have on now, with regards to make not size? Tyre pressure is dependant on that far more than the size of the tyre itself. That said, 35psi front and back isn't a bad place to start and isn't going to put you in a ditch. Welcome along btw, get some pics and a post up in the Introduction section!
  5. Sounds like a good reason to do it, assuming we're talking fit nubile nurses
  6. I prefer these: Correct Accuracy Pride FPMSL Post of the year, right there. Magnificent work fella!
  7. I had no issues getting rid of mine, but only because I'd stripped it back to standard so it didn't even feel like my car any more, and also because I was fulfilling a dream by getting the 911. I miss it, and I'm sad because I didn't get time to do all the mods to it that I wanted, but because it was the most manly car I've ever owned I didn't feel a great attachment to it the way I did the VXR or the MR2. That's not to slight the car as it was an absolute hoot for the 3 years I owned it, which is the longest I've ever kept a car, it was just a case of moving on.
  8. Acronyms are perfectly acceptable, dropping vowels isn't.
  9. I have no problem with the odd typo, as that's an innocent mistake. What does bug me, especially on forums and FB where text space is not limited, is that people seem to think it's okay to write like they're 6 years old and using a mobile phone for the first time. FFS, you've got a whole keyboard in front of you, so there's no need to drop the vowels to make a word shorter! In all honesty there's no excuse for bad spelling either unless you're in a desperate rush, as all browsers now can now be enabled with a built in spell checker which quickly picks up any errors. Or there's even Google if you really get stuck on a word. So yes, I judge people, and I'm fairly comfortable in doing so. Not sure if that makes me a bad person or not.
  10. You do not chav up a Jag with aftermarket bodykits, end of.
  11. I assume you're bringing this beast to Mark's for the LeMans weekend Rich? Or rather, I'm bloody hoping you are!
  12. Or use Google by adding site:www.35z-uk.com before any search parameters, i.e. 'site:www.350z-uk.com oil change' will give you a load of hits about an oil change, rather than just the word change.
  13. Top-end guys regularly use it for the ultimate finish, takes a lot of skill to do though as you can imagine! A clay won't touch what a good papering can do.
  14. For free? And he's good? Snatch his arm off
  15. We're only joking matey, it's just a novelty that someone actually bothered to use the search for a change! You did it the exact right way, and I salute you for it
  16. They're actually not a bad idea if you can wire it so that you have to use the button, i.e. a full turn of the key won't start the car at all. It's more security than cool, especially if done in a subtle way without a great big START on the button, as then people get in and wonder how the hell to start the damn thing, I confused loads of people with that on my old VXR
  17. I didn't know you'd got shares in oil ;) Sounds beautiful mate, nowt wrong with going for a GT cruiser rather than a proper sports car in case anyone tells you otherwise.

    Cayenne GT3 RS

Is that not the Transiberia rally edition one?
  19. Topic locked, as we're not daft enough to not realise what is being asked/suggested here. Just to be absolutely clear, there can be no sharing of copyrighted material via this forum. Ta EDIT: Thread unlocked as Tarmac has now made it clear he wants an original legit copy only. I've left the thread as-was though for clarity.
  20. Looks like it wants to be a C63 AMG, which I don't particularly like either.

    decat info

Does it just disable the light for when the code would be for a faulty cat/s, or does it disable it full stop?

    decat info

You need something to lift the O2 sensors out of the gas flow partially, whether that's something that comes built in with the decats or something you add yourself is up to you. You will definitely need to replace them for the MOT unless you know a friendly tester. AFAIK there is nothing Uprev can do about this.
  23. Out of interest what have you been offered then?
  24. DVDs aren't invincible, some of my early ones have pitted and rotted away I had to buy a brand new copy of Terminator 2 but it wasn't in the swanky metal case
