  2. Naughty naughty passenger! Great pics and vids there, bringing back the memories!
  3. What gave you that idea? Strangely enough my last day on shift is friday, so i'm available Whats the plan? are you b+bing it? I'll see if my mate phill is up for getting cold in a tent or something, it's been a while since we were up there.
  4. Others may think differently, it was bloody freezing Andrew was in there a little longer than me, but I'm used to the carribean & Mediterranean waters Hehe, only a little? To be fair it was only about 10 or 11 degrees!
  5. Same here, big thanks to all who attended and organised this years Hoon. You lovely folk!
  6. Yeah loads! If you've got two days, i'd reccommend going round the corner to Inners too, but you could easily spend a weekend just at Glentress. The Red is good, although slightly worn in places. Last time i was there the top of Spooky Woods was demolished and being re-built but should be done by now. The full black is good, although the grading more refers to the length rather than the difficulty. Also easy to spend a few hours in the skills park! It's even worth doing the new blue descent from the top car park as its fast and swoopy. When are you going James?
  7. Pies pies pies! Yesterdays lunch stop in the Cairngorns: And one from todays chillout day in Edinburgh for me and Fran:
  8. Yeah, bit of a worrying moment there! My laps aren't going to set the world on fire, Darren was much more committed and felt a lot quicker from in the car.
  9. Take the lumen output with a big pinch of salt too. The 900 lumen ones have never scored more than 650 on independent tests. Its mostly down to the reflector designs and how the LED is driven. Also don't expect them to last more than one winter season. If you're in a mood to get a quality light that will last for years, I would recommend either Exposure or USE lights. Hopes are good, but for the money the output isn't the best and they can be a bit slow getting the latest LEDs in the products. They all have great UK warranty support though.
  10. same here. 8pm again tonight for food?
  11. Brilliant, still got a chicken curry pie in the fridge. My haggis, neeps, and tatties pie basically had a whole haggis in!
  12. Few more from the non-car pile. Believe it or not, my car is in this picture! 3000ft straight up! Glen Nevis and An Steal Glen Nevis wire bridge:
  13. What a coincidence! Colins alarm was going off on the Skye ferry today, but non of the the 350's were.
  14. That was just the end of the sunday drive. We had several more at Applecross for lunch.

  16. Hopefully you will have all our cars cleaned by the time we have finished breakfast Might give yours a quick once over Daz if you sneak out a couple of bacon butties!
  17. And I'll see you southern lot at the Prem Inn on friday morning!
  18. Great pics Ian, is Jayne reading that book to prepare for a lap round the 'Ring?
  19. Here's my experience of an MSV day at cadwell in the Zed: http://www.350z-uk.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=36&t=46957&hilit=+cadwell If you're averagely enthusiastic, you'll probably only manage about half a dozen laps on standard discs and pads, so allow plenty of cooldown time. If you have or can get some uprated pads beforehand, do so. Other than what the other guys said, build up speed slowly and have fun, Cadwell is a fantastic track.
  20. My first thoughts were: Crud. Magnet.
