I've been away on "work" for 12 days now, and in that time somehow managed to put in 150 off road miles! 95% of which were done in daylight too, so you can see how hard I've been working A good chunk of that total was done in the last two days, as I've just had a BRILLIANT weekend at Glentress with James (Shire) and his mates, perfect weather despite the forecast, and plenty of banter/abuse on the way round too Saturday was an epic, warm up on the Red, followed by the small matter of the Black in the afternoon! 50Km all in I belive. Boy were we ready for the pub afterwards, and everyone was in bed by half ten - totally shattered! Sunday was a bit easier, although the legs were stiffer.
