Thats right, bizzarely there is no "pot" for NI contributions. New members are paying their contributions straight to older members pensions, it's like one massive Ponzi Scheme! -

The strike is about the pensions, not the sometimes rubbish NHS management and conditions that makes (in your example) hospital staffs lives difficult. That PFI on your hospital isn't helping the country one iota either. -

Any don't forget all us private sector bods face a NI hike next year when that god-awful NEST scheme starts! 8%/3% employee/employer will be the minimum contribution for all. So if you only contribute 3% now, your going to be (effectively) taking a 5% wage cut from next autumn I think! -

04 plate Azure Nismo'ed Zed in Whitehaven this morning, and I think, a night blue (maybe black) Nismo'ed Zed with LMGT4's parked up in the scout hut car park in Braithwaite nr. Keswick.

I had a quick squint in the Garage, and the couple of HR cars there haven't got close to 330bhp. Chris the Greek probably does have every single mod going though!

I like your optimism! Sadly 330bhp is unlikely, as most don't make on paper power to begin with. FYI I didn't really notice any change in sound with the cosworth panels in. The exhaust defo works though!
