  1. I've heard of ICS, but don't discount Adult Education from local colleges and universities. My girlfriend is doing a masters in Geographic Information Systems via Leeds University distance learning dept. There are face to face sessions if you want them, but you never have to go in if you don't want to.

  12. Also did the 6th annual Burnmoor Tarn Wobble on wednesday with the running club. A nice little (boggy this year) 5 miler near Eskdale to blow the festive sloth away. Although soft and cold underfoot, the rain stayed away and we finished in the traditional manner in the Boot Inn.
  13. Did the Threlkeld loop today with my mate Paul. Got a heavy but mercifully brief blast of rain and hail near the start, but other than the strong winds we got round ok. Took a pic of some boys near Keswick enjoying the conditions:
  14. Must have been one hell of a disguise! (or a blind teller)
  15. Nice pics Ian, but the orangey sodium lights don't do blue cars any favours.
  16. Should have had those in the calendar!
  17. Great story. Well worth 15mins.
  18. John did not wish to renew his trader status when it came up in October, that's why his sub-forum has gone.
