From the Greyhound pub in Shap, over 50 miles of mostly offroad to another Greyhound pub in Grizebeck near the coast. I'm getting a wee bit nervous as I've been at work so no training, just hoping the baseline fitness will be enough to see me through. Weather not looking too great either!
