Totally mad, but yet totally fantastic. I might be mad, but especially looking at future value, I have to say I don't think it's overpriced. Especially if you consider the sheer labour thats gone into acquiring it all.

I'm with you mate, just need to organise some bike hire in ByC. At Pen, it depends on if you want to do on loop or both. Doing both is a good few hours, but it is fantastic.

I remember reading "A brief history of time: from the big bang to black holes" by Stephen Hawking when I was a kid. Very informative. Beautiful pictures of the universe. Not heard about the illustrated history of the universe. Ah yes, thats what i was thinking of!

You should read Stephen Hawkings " Illustrated history of the Universe", with pictures its surprisingly easy to understand, or at least, the first three quarters are before it gets proper mind bending!

I drive in Germany with work quite a bit and residential streets have always been 30kph (18mph), seems quite sensible there, but 30mph elsewhere in built up areas is fine. -
Everyone knows it's just a boot replacement anyway. While the wide body is lovely, I'd just get a C2S and a set of winters.

If I had to guess, I would say it was the Route Napoleon (N85).

They will anodise then, but as the ano finish is only microns thick, the quality of surface finish pre-treatment will be everything. The only problem is with larger parts, as you need X amperes per square meter of surface area, but I expect a professional outfit would be able to cope.

It's not disastrous, but it's defo not "FSH" as it should have had p1, p2, p1, p3, p1. As the previous owners haven't been that arsed, I would carry on looking TBH.
