Nice Trevor!

Washed the Zed on Sunday, dashed inside to make a cup of tea before polishing and it had started chucking it down before the kettle boiled
I've had to drive her a bit this week so I'll have to give her another wash on Thursday. Fingers crossed I can then give her a polish as well as cleaning the exhaust etc. Shouldn't take too long as she's not to grubby now
Oh well, I love it really
Its going to be the normal Wales weather - sunshine and showers, I normally wash the car twice over the weekend, but I might be tempted to give it a spruce up today

Trying to catch up too!
She can pootle along with Fran. She's not at the level yet where she needs to keep dropping her seatpost to get maximum movement over the bike, it will come in time though, she has bunny hops pretty much nailed now
Ohh, your dead now! Fran denies any amount of pootling! You'd better put that dropper post to use keeping out the way

Ha! Whats Amanda doing while you're getting your head start?

:scare: going biking in a such a sacred day when we all go driving?
After about 5 previous visits, I think I'm allowed a day off
-
Chris S did mention you were going to Coed y Brenin on Monday Daz, shame we'll be heading off! Would be good to have another bike out.
I should probably mention that myself and Chris I + ladies are going biking on the Saturday (most likely Llandegla), so If anyone else wants to come that'll be fine!

An expensive, ugly, irrelevance.
I can only assume that these concepts are costing buttons to make, because where's the Gallardo replacement FFS?

N+1 is getting a bit out of control! Although Fran doesn't really need her old On-one any more as the Trek is probably about the same weight and obviously a better bike.
-
Today, storage rationalisation!
Can get my road bike of the ground now

Edit of the year so far, by the "other" great british trials rider; Chris Akrigg.

You probably could, but on my fairly small Nilfisk pressure washer I just turn the mix up to max thickness and then adjust the nozzle to an acceptable fan spread. Can cover the car 3 times with that.
-
Put an inch of foam solution in the bottle, top up with warm water, connect to pressure washer and fiddle with spread/mix controls till you get a nice foam!
-
Hello James, I'm sure a bit of spit-n-polish will bring that up grand! Hope you're getting plenty of bike time in while you're away from the forum.

Love them, had some old Alfas myself, so well familiar with fun-but-shonky italians!

it reminds me of the kitkat joke....whats the diference between an essex girl and a kitkat...you can only get 4 fingers in a kitkat
Ooh, green room bound that one!
Isn't this the thing also with coke cans, they get smaller in diameter one time, then a bit shorter in height then next, then make the indent underneath go up further, but they do it so little that you don't notice, but they're getting smaller all the time?
They've always stated 330ml.
Been 330ml as long as I can remember.
Apart from in Europe where they're 33cl....
I never see cans in Germany, everyone uses the 200ml deposit bottles.

I dare say he deserves it after his wee mishap with the car
What happened? For those that don't know him on the forum well enough...
-
Sounds like it's been run on a shoestring and he wants rid. Dropping the price unprompted would have me running away big time. Anyways, it's a buyers market with big V8 SUVs so don't just look at one or two.

It's local to me and i've been emailing the guy... he's had it 5 years and its already had it's gearbox and air suspension replaced amongst other things.
You say that like it'll never have to be done again....
-
Didn't have a swim then?

Top film that Chris, don't worry, you can get a colder taste of that in Scotland if you want... or the lakes for that matter, theres a pass storming trip around Great Gable, although only one hard days worth.
