reason for mask is cos it also keeps heat in, brilliantly simulates the heat from the lights in the ring and when in a semi guillotine choke or another position which restrict breathing or where your face is smothered it helps you stop freaking out. Sounds a laugh a minute, you carry on there! Not quite, a mask dosen't replicate the reduced air density and pressure of altitude, it just makes you work harder pulling the air in.

Surely a Powerbreathe would be simpler and less sweaty? As a regular mask wearer at work, I think your bonkers to do it for fun!

I've had a think Stan, and all i keep thinking of is an old 5 or 7 series! Maybe even an M? E34/39 are quite stylish now, especially the 39 M5. Those Bangle designed ones are also cheap as chips with the marmite styling!

Yeah, it took us a few days to adjust to Berlin Time. That giant club was probably Matrix, we walked past it as it's just near the east side gallery. Berliners are very good at turning industrial spaces into clubs! East is best, we labeled it "Crazy Town"

Long weekend in Berlin with Fran and a few freinds, absolutlely fantastisch! Cheaper than we expected too, so didn't feel as guilty sampling all the most excellent german lagers (Didn't see any of the usual pesh anywhere ) and wheat beers. Most bum twitching moment was easily going to the Holocaust Memorial at 11pm. Not fear of mugging etc, but its an incredible atmospheric experience in the near dark, and I think at its most truely effective as a monument. Highly recomended, as it's just not the same in the daylight with tourists all over it. Also went to Spandau (as in Ballet) to see the citadel, and as recommended by Frans Dad who lived there when he was in the Army. Citadel was also showing the Germany - Serbia match and a music festival, so we watched the match there and played along with the atmosphere East Side Gallery; one of the layers of "The Wall", now painted with many murals by international artists Holocaust Memorial, in the daytime though. The Broken Church, and New Chapel Karl Marx Strasse Spandau Citadel, spot it on the map! Berlin Dom (Cathederal) TV tower at Alexanderplatz:

Englands inability to get a decisive victory against even a moderately good team won me £15 at the bookies. There was no way they were going to be good for a win straight off the bat!
