  1. You will need a fascia (50-229 Pre Facelift or 50-306 Post Facelift £24.99), harness adaptor including steering control interface (29-674 £34.99) and kenwood patch lead (29-005 £3.99) assuming your head unit supports steering wheel interface.
  2. The speakers are fed from the new headunits pre outs. The red, white, black and yellow are for the front left/right and rear left/right speakers. Sometimes people see the yellow pre out and think video output but it's not. You could always do the buster mod and wire the phonos to the headunit's high level speaker outputs also.
  3. Consider buying used gear. I paid £280 for my 2 JL slash amps that would of cost £400 new each.
  4. Just upgrading the headunit makes a big improvement. Then if you get the bug and want more you can then start looking at speakers, amps and subwoofers.
  5. Unfortunately not a 370z but a Juke Nismo in Black. Decided to try leasing for a change and should take delivery in a couple weeks.
  6. Speakers are a personnel preference, I've used infinity kappa in my MR2 before but only use JL now. I don't think you can go wrong with the Hertz, the quality will be more down to the install and amp running them.
  7. Just not to confuse but all UK cars came with brembos.
  8. If it was written down on the order form then tough luck. I traded a car in and took the road tax out as I always do and after the dealer asked where's the road tax. I just said you never mentioned it in the deal and the tax disc is my property.
  9. UK GT pack was Bose, cruise and heated seats. Rays alloys were an option on early cars but became standard on facelift GT spec cars.
  10. The rear speakers would be the last thing I upgrade in the 350Z. First would be head unit, front speakers, amps, sub and then maybe the rears but never needed to when I did my JL install.
  11. It'll work but for how long and how well is the question. You will need a fascia (50-256 £19.99), harness adaptor including steering control interface (29-674 £34.99) and what ever patch lead (29-00* £3-4)the headunit takes.
  12. Torque does all that and you can also use it as a in car camera and overlay Google maps and other car stats. I use a cheap £10 Bluetooth reader. Torque isn't available on th iPhone.
  13. Since getting me JL W6 subwoofer I won't be buying my anything else other then JL now. The W0's are meant to be really good when running of a decent amp. When it was release my local audio shop had a demo car with then fitted and it really kicked.
  14. The sensors on the 350z were dealer fit so may vary. There will be a control box that the 4 sensors plug into. Then a power lead that patches into the reverse lights and the speaker which has its own wire so it can be mounted anywhere in the boot/cab.
  15. I removed the whole kit and replaced it all with the ebay set. Its very easy to get the rear bumper off and only 2 wires that patch into the reverse light on the left. My faulty one had the paint/cover removed and looked like rusty metal.
  16. My dealer fit sensors went faulty, I just replaced the whole kit with a £18 set of ebay, worked fine and the kit was almost identical.
  17. When I sold my 350Z trip computer said 11mpg with average speed of 22mph. All town driving which I thought was normal.
  18. You would need to wire the oem mic to the socket on the back of the new headunit.
  19. You either need to add another speaker just for the nav or use an input source on the new headunit. I never got around to it but I was using the aux input and was going to try using the tel input so the music mutes.
  20. Im a fan of alpines but some of the new stuff just isn't as good anymore. I'd only ever consider an alpine if it is imprint ready as the imprint processor can work wonders.
  21. Yellow and black go to the rear left and right rca output.
  22. You see it quite a bit down Santa pod, friends 600+ bhp RX7 has it. I did see it on a Focus ST the other day though which didn't look right.
