  12. Sounds like a good workout plan to me! Cutting weight is always so bloody hard lol! I am naturally about 13 1/2 stone but because of my position in rugby i need to be up at 15. Thai boxing that sounds like fun 2 me. I remember when i was in Bangkok went to c a thai boxing fight, WOW these guys really go 4 it lol. Reminded me of Van dam movie Kickboxer u seen it? Its pretty old skool lol! My mates and I where messing around in the gym with mats etc so we decided to have a much about session and said if you get stck in a submission tap out. Well lets just say when i got him in a rear naked choke hold he forgot 2 tap out oooppppssss
  13. Hey bro Listen 4 of my rugby mates and I tried that work out you told us all about! Bloody hell talk about being shattered lol! Felt really good after have to say! I got half way through the 2nd time around and the lactic acid built up in my arms and got 2 much for me lol! Pulling 15 stone up isnt fun But have to say great work out! So am going to stick to my usual weights twice a week then do that once a week! Plus i have actual rugby training on Tuesday and Thursday so i should be fighting fit in no time!

  17. I have came up with a better solution! I am about 30 mins away from my uni and my mate lives like 5 mins away from me. So he pays me to take him into uni, where i am already going anyway. So its a win win situation, cause hes paying for some of the petrol and he gets to ride in a nice car lol

  21. lol Jay could help you on this, but ill give it a go. Problem with places like weight watchers and that is that whilst their methods may work, they dont leave you feeling good about your self as body composition is still left undesirable. What Id suggest is eat a meal the size of your hand every 2 hours, basically this will get your metabolism working harder, and take some caffein tablets but not after 6pm. Drink 4 glasses of cranberry juice drink plenty of water and stay clear of carbs after 3pm If you can when at home 3 times a week go for a jog and do basic exercises like push ups and situp and stretching. Push up bars work wonders to your body composition Jay is spot on mate mate! Especially about the meals if you have smaller regular meals you will feel less hungry and also not snack! But as jay said its all about the metabolism working harder so the food isnt just laying there and makes it harder to break down. I find if you can drink as much water as possible the better, i kno it sounds obvious but it works as it flushes out all the nasty toxins etc! Lastly any excercise is great for you! If your not a keen runner dont worry about it a medium paced walk or even a little jog is just as good! If you start off with small changes i.e cut down on the crap gradually you will prob find a big difference. Sorry if i have just rambled lol.
